My flight experience with Mr Sulman was excellent. his commitment to customer satisfaction, transparent communication, and efficient handling of travel arrangements make them a reliable choice for anyone seeking a positive and hassle-free flight booking experience. I would gladly recommend London Travel to fellow travellers looking for professional and customer-centric service.

Umrah pilgrimage with Sulman Mushtaq was a wallet-friendly delight. Despite the economical fare, the accommodations, transportation, and overall experience exceeded expectations. Transparent pricing and a commitment to spiritual significance make them an excellent choice for budget-conscious pilgrims.

I wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, it was truly the best service experience I've ever had. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of promptly and professionally. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you for setting such a high standard of service excellence!"

I recently booked my flight tickets with London Travel and I must say, I had an incredible experience! The fares were really affordable, and the customer service was top-notch. London Travels in Ilford provide me exceptionaly great service.
Due to some issue, my Canada visit visa file was not processed.
Mr. Usman went all the way and coordinate with Canada Immigration and sort out
my issue. Highly recommended and honest staff.

Very responsible , open and candid information. I use their services for Schengen Visa, I got 3 months visa, highly recommended

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with this London Travels Agency, and it was an absolute nightmare. I booked a Schengen visa application through them, hoping for a smooth and hassle-free process. Unfortunately, what I got was far from that.

Firstly, they provided me with a dummy ticket for my visa application, assuring me that it would be accepted without any issues. However, to my dismay, my Schengen visa was rejected, solely because of the bogus ticket they provided. This left me with wasted time, money, and shattered travel plans.

The worst part is that despite their blunder, London Travels had no remorse or sense of responsibility. Instead of owning up to their mistake and trying to make amends, they showed a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. They refused to refund my full amount and were utterly uncooperative.

To add insult to injury, I discovered that I was not alone in this ordeal. Several of my friends had similar experiences with London Travels. It appears that this company has a notorious reputation for deceiving customers with dummy tickets, resulting in visa rejections and ruined travel dreams.

I urge everyone to stay far away from London Travels. They are untrustworthy and unscrupulous, willing to sacrifice their customers' dreams for a quick buck. There are plenty of reputable travel agencies out there, and London Travels is certainly not one of them. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and money by avoiding this company at all costs.

Don't use their service. I paid for flight reservation ticket. It turned out a fake one. Be careful!!!

Great service from start to finish, thank you

Everything was ok, very helpful staff

We have used London travel & tours numerous times since 2011.

Booked our latest Umrah trip via London travel & tours for October 2019. Sulman was extremely helpful with any queries I had even whilst in Makkah and Madina. Would definitely recommend booking via London travel & tours.

Booked Dubai package from Sulman Mushtaq from London Travels at first I was sceptical because I found their website on goggles but take my chances after going through some clients review and to my greatest surprise everything Sulman booked for us from the airport to the hotel was fabulous, the hotel is 4 stars but looked to me like a five star hotel I will definitely use London travel again Sulman is an honest man that keeps to his words
Kudos to him.
