Fabulous
Iris is fabulous at her job. This year I booked 2 cruise holidays with her and received great service both times. She took time to understand what I was looking for in my holiday and found something which ticked all the boxes. We were able to submit our requests for vegetarian meals and a cot for our 8 months old. Everything went so smoothly. She was available to speak every time and replied to my emails promptly. I'd book with her again.

After reviewing your file, we have been able to verify that the corresponding department proceeded to reimburse your reservation last February, splitting it into two payments. The first payment, made on 7/02, to the card linked to your file and the second, made on 8/02, to the bank account number you provided us with.
