Funds available within an hour

Loan was available in my bank within an hour. It was a Sunday so really wasn’t expecting it until the morning. Meant I was able to go car shopping first thing. Thank you so much

Sam and Lisa were both brilliant from…

Sam and Lisa were both brilliant from start to finish. The whole process was straightforward, well explained, and moved far quicker than I expected.
Sam explained everything to me perfectly with my interest at the forefront kept everything on track and made sure I always knew exactly where things stood — no chasing, no confusion, just clear and professional communication. Lisa was equally impressive; knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions an following up and explaining everything easily .
You can tell this is a team that knows what they’re doing and actually cares about getting the right outcome for their clients. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Loans Warehouse again and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, well-run brokerage. A genuinely excellent service.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Loans Warehouse matched my needs to one of their lenders, and didn't push me or try a hard sell - they simply advised me of my options. The staff are friendly and polite, take the time to listen to you and your needs, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
I was kept informed at each stage of the process, and I was extremely impressed with the service and the whole process.

FANTASTIC SERVICE

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. I had been struggling to obtain a second charge for over a year. With the LW the entire process, from initial contact to completion, took just under 3 weeks. Leslie, Lisa Jacobs and Nick Rember were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout.

Kirsty was absolutely outstanding. Very polite extremely professional and a credit to your Company. Never had such good service from any where else.
