Loans warehouse are without a doubt 10 out of 10. After going through one of the most difficult times of my life i was finding it impossible to get any form of loan, credit card or remortgage due to my poor credit rating. I called loans warehouse with little to no expectation of getting the help I needed but after a few minutes on the phone to them, they assured me that my second chance at life was achievable. I dealt with a lady called Zoe who was with me right from the start of the process, until the completion day and not only was her customer service skills exceptional, Zoe invested her time to listen and understand about my reasons for borrowing and she really was an angel on my shoulder throughout the full process and I really can't thank her enough. The whole loans warehouse team were amazing, but Zoe's daily guidance and support will never be forgotten and on behalf of myself and my 2 beautiful daughters I thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me life back. If I could rate you 15/10 I would, your an amazing lady and a massive credit to the loans warehouse company.

Working with Vikki was an absolute joy. Her communication throughout the whole process was very clear and she very much drove the whole process. Always super responsive, nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend and will definitely be coming back next time we need help with any finance.

Very clear instructions and documentation which was dealt with quickly within the 2 weeks timeframe originally given. Any extra information was also acted on quickly from all sides and Max was very good at getting back to me if I needed to do anything more!
