Avoid, they are scammers, they send you dhl tracking link, but never give dhl the products...

Schakel je rechtsbijstandsverzekering in als je nog geld terug moet krijgen. Bij de verzekering is deze partij bekend en dat zegt genoeg. Voor 1 zaak doen ze niet veel tegen ze, maar als er meerdere zaken gemeld worden, kunnen ze actie ondernemen tegen deze boeven. In ieder geval krijg je je geld terug van de verzekering.

Bestelling kapot bezorgd. Dit meteen gemeld. De reactie daarop was dat ze foto’s wilden hebben om het op de vervoerder te verhalen. Foto’s gestuurd en daarna blijft het stil. Heel vaak contact gezocht via de telefoon en mail. Geen reactie. Bellen heeft geen zin. Je krijgt een bandje met de melding dat ze het druk hebben. Op welk moment van de dag dat je dit ook probeert. Op mails wordt niet gereageerd. We zijn nu weken verder en zitten nog steeds met een dure kapotte kast. Bestel hier niet!

Clearly the company does not seem to be operating anymore. No one answers phonecalls or emails but you can still purchase on their website. its been over a month and 0 communication back! We will do as below and report to police.

Bestel nooit bij dit waardeloze bedrijf. Geen contact te krijgen nadat er van alles is misgegaan. Wacht nog steeds op reactie, zoek sinds november 2023 al contact.

Let op: Vermijd deze plek te allen tijde voor uw bestellingen!

I’ve ordered before 19 weeks Sofas in amount of 2,630.12€ , and during this time I’ve contact them by E-mail!
They were saying that the products are made on demand and I should wait for 10 weeks for delivery!
Today is 19th week and they’ve sent me some pillows which I haven't accepted and directly sent them back! Ridiculous.

They will not reimburse me and they will not sent me the products I’ve ordered!
THEY ARE FRAUDS.

But there is always a way which I suggest to all the victims of this company!
What I’ve done is: I’ve call my bank and started an inquiry for a refund, I’ve call the Police in Netherland (phone nr.: +31 343 57 88 44) and in Switzerland as well!
As long as I’am a Journalist I’ll write an article how this company is stealing from People all over in a spectacular way, and I’ll sent this writing to all the Media in Netherlands.
They will have the consequences they deserve!

DRINGEND MIJN GELD TERUG!!!!

It took weeks longer than projected delivery date for me to receive my order and when I did, one of the items was broken (a large clay pot). It was very poorly packaged and nothing on the outside of the shipping box indicated contents were fragile. Now customer service is not returning my emails. I sent them photo and video proof of the damaged contents as they requested. Absolutely do not buy from them.

We ordered our two-piece sofa from them in September last year. Unfortunately, only half of it arrived. The other half was "lost", but I have been waiting for a solution since that day - to no avail. I am always being put off and my emails have recently been completely ignored. I want my money back! Order number: ORD202374350

Update: It has now been a year since I made the order, and after being ghosted by Living and Company, I had to place an order with another supplier to complete my couch.

Een vaas van HK living besteld en geleverd maar deze lekt. Ze reageren niet meer op mails en telefonisch onbereikbaar. Schandalig dit bedrijf..

Bestelling geplaatst in oktober , levering zou per november zijn. Schilderij nog steeds niet ontvangen! Niet bereikbaar en reageren niet op e-mails, hopelijk zie ik mijn geld nog terug. Zou afraden hier iets te bestellen!

Annuleren en/of retourneren onmogelijk. Reageren niet of zonder oplossing en houden geld. Überhaupt geen terugbetaling van honderden euro's. Dat is stelen, blijkbaar hebben ze het hard nodig. Ongelooflijk dat een gerenommeerd merk als HK-living hier verkocht mag worden.

Een boek van HK Living besteld, na 2 mails kreeg ik het boek geleverd. Helaas beschadigd omdat het slecht verpakt was! Ik moest foto's aanleveren en vervolgens is hier niets mee gedaan. Ik ga hier nooit meer iets bestellen!!! Telefoon wordt niet opgenomen, leveringen duren heel lang en mail wordt slecht beantwoord.

Ik probeer al meer dan een maand contact te krijgen met de klantenservice, maar deze reageert niet op e-mails en is telefonisch onbereikbaar.

Absolute afrader om hier te bestellen..

Hopefully the first and last experience with Living and CO. I ordered the goods, the Ingrid vase, which I of course paid immediately. For this item, it was stated that it would be delivered within a week. When I asked by email whether this would really be, since it was a gift, I received a reply that the goods would be delivered to me in about December. Logically, I requested the cancellation of the order and a refund. I received their invoice, saying that the money would be returned to me within a few days. Another 14 days passed before I received my money back, I wrote xxxxx emails, I never catched them at their support phone. What would I add? Very bad experience and I would never recommend this eschop.

Onvriendelijk geholpen door de klantenservice, bijdehand en niet behulpzaam. Heel jammer, want op de site zijn mooie dingen te vinden.
Maar als je een flink bedrag betaalt, zou het fijn zijn als dit niet het geval is en het bedrijf ook telefonisch bereikbaar zou zijn. Nog steeds niet m’n retour geld ontvangen.
