Their persistence and professionalism…
Their persistence and professionalism has secured me a tenant for 2 years in a property which had previously proved difficult to let in the Walton area.
I would like to personally thank Matt and John for their honest feedback and hard work.

Liverpool Residential is a good property letting and management agency
Liverpool Residential removes from me the pressure and stress of interacting directly with the tenants. I have been with them for 12 years and I found them reliable. They have ensured the apartment remains in good condition and have worked had to find new tenants within 1 - 3 months whenever the apartment is vacant.

Local estate agent.
Recently sold a property with Liverpool residential , chose them as they didn't take payment till property sold. Not overpriced local and friendly staff.

Simply the best Estate agents...
Simply the best Estate agents we have used.
Their low fixed price fee, was the 1st selling point for us, but you will never know how pro active they are in selling your home until you try them.
In the past we have had experience of using 3 of the so called bigger agents on Allerton Road and I can honestly say they blow them out of the water in terms of service and proactiveness.
We were allocated Tricia as our agent and she was amazing in keeping us updated and was so proactive in selling the house.
We had a few ups and downs with the sale due to people pulling out but she always had someone else lined up within days.
Genuinely can’t recommend them enough and factoring in their low fees they would get 10 stars from me.
If we ever sell another property, we would use them without doubt and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Very helpful team. Nothing is too much trouble. Much better than using a large franchised agent as they can be far more focused.
