Liverpool Residential Omdömen

City Residential completed the sale of our apartment despite several very complicated issues. Their sales negotiator Finlay Austin took full responsibility for this case to ensure a smooth completion. Throughout the process we were fully updated and when the sale became more complicated, this did not phase him in anyway and a solution was found to progress at each stage.
This agency, as experienced through their staff deserve a 5* review especially Finlay.

Agents don't know anything about properties they show around, and they're late. At end of tenancy they scheduled a viewing without 24hr notice.

Fantastic service, recently let a property for me in Liverpool, would highly recommend. Thanks

Brilliant - would recommend.

A very helpful and professional team.

Very helpful nothing to much trouble and all questions answered straight away

Very professional and prompt service.
Always kept me upto date with the happenings whilst selling my property.

Highly recommended.

Liverpool Residential was a great Estate agent to sell our property, within one day with agreed marketing pictures and video we was live on the main search sites, I could speak to them any time and the property sold in one day, this was all during our current situation being Covid 19, we as the seller adhered to the rules as explained by Liverpool Residential. I was teamed up with John, excellent work, service and clear with each step, would definitely use them again, excellent.

Liverpool Residential have been fantastic throughout the sale of my property. From the first day I contacted them to ask them to sell my house right through to completion they have been very professional. Even when there was a query between the solicitors I spoke to John and he got it sorted in no time. I really can’t thank John & Matt enough for all their help, especially as they had the added pressure of the coronavirus pandemic to deal with. Thank you both. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

The team have been wonderful. Trying to let a property long distance had not been easy. Luckily I chanced upon Liverpool Residential online and have been very impressed with their speed and efficiency. Would highly recommend them..

Highly recommend Liverpool Residential. The valuation happened on a Thursday, photographs taken on a Friday, marketed on a Saturday, received my first offer on the Monday. Sold and completion of contract 7 weeks later.
Excellent customer service from an experienced team

Nice, simple and straightforward from the beginning to the end.

Faultless professional service. Very happy.

Brilliant service , reliable and prompt with replying and dispatch , highly recommend these guys very well established and trustworthy from the start.

staff are friendly and politely towards the customers. Thanks for all the hard work.

Liverpool Residential valued our property at a considerably higher price than any other agent we'd spoken to. They were clearly right to do so as we received an offer for asking price within 24 hours of the house going on the market.
The service provided was exceptional and John was always easy to get hold of and extremely helpful.
