After a lengthy wait for my 3 Tops I ordered before I came to England I sent an email to the site and this was responded to by a gentleman named Robert.K.The service this man gave me was impeccable. He told me the situation of the backlog and tried asking around to see if they could get the tops to me ASAP as I was due to leave England. The day after our last email I got an email notifying me that my tops were dispatched. Today 08/09/25 which coincidentally is also my birthday i relieved my tops. Thank you Robert and LFC for an amazing birthday present

The jerseys on the website are such poor quality for the steep pricing. The embroidered shirts in the past were so much better. The printed logos and number on the back became so sticky it transferred onto my PU leather bedframe and now has damaged it. The jerseys look horrible after a few wears and honestly not worth the money!

"I have been a loyal fan of this club and regularly visited your website to check ticket prices. However, I was recently blocked for 'suspicious activity,' which is absolutely ridiculous. I reached out through the official channels to resolve this, but I received no response. This lack of communication and the decision to block me without justification only proves that this club discriminates against people from South America. Is this how you treat fans from other parts of the world? This is unacceptable and deeply disappointing from a club of your stature."

It's disappointing to leave this review, as my previous orders—when I didn't need items urgently—went smoothly. However, paying for premium delivery seems to do the opposite, delaying the order instead of speeding it up. When I tried to cancel the order (because it hadn’t been shipped yet, as stated on the tracking page), I was told cancellation wasn't possible.

Now, I have to wait for the item to arrive and then pay additional costs to return it. To make matters worse, returns can't even be processed at the official LFC store. I expected much better service from a club like this.

After spending over £100 for my dad's 60th birthday I was disappointed to have the items delivered in damaged packaging, the goods inside were damaged as a result, AND there were items totally missing from my order. I tried to get this resolved with the online form as soon as I got the parcel but was not taken seriously. I tried again a day later with their online chat and was told everything would get resolved and my items would be re-dispatched. After not hearing anything for nearly two weeks, I tried to get help again, but they had no record of my previous complaints. Thankfully I had saved the transcripts. My missing/damaged goods have STILL not been resolved! Terrible experience. I do not recommend ordering from this store unless you enjoy continuous disappointment and have money to simply burn.

I have literally spent about 6 weeks trying to purchase 4 replica jerseys with my son’s name in time for his 13th birthday.
Online checkout would not allow me complete the purchase due to fields not completed - fields that had no data in them.
Had three unsuccessful rounds of trying to troubleshoot this with Liverpool support but all their responses seemed very “stock content”.
Needless to say, I was not able to complete the purchase in time for my son’s birthday. The latest response from their support was literally to start the exact same troubleshooting question set all over again. They’re just sending stock responses.
And all the while I’m getting automated emails urging me to complete my purchase.
Hugely disappointed: but not as disappointed as my 13 year old son.

I've been trying to purchase an item for almost a month using chrome and different devices. Always takes me back to cart. Your help line is completely useless and all they can say that they sorry instead of fixing the problems.

Ordered a tracksuit for Christmas my son really wanted but only the top came and not the pants but they went above and beyond to send them out express delivery so he had them for Christmas Day so grateful for there kind gesture, recommend highly.

Awful waited over an hour and a half and kept being told you are next in the queue. Absolute lies. Not fit for purpose. As a life long Liverpool supporter it's hugely disappointing that this is all they offer in way of live communication. Dreadful. They will walk alone if they don't improve.

Really disappointed with what I thought I was buying which turned out to be stickers you put on PlayStation controllers. They are advertised as skins which is a term I haven’t heard of before. I can’t believe they don’t accept returns, £25 for stickers what a rip off. I’m not impressed I thought a big name like Liverpool FC would have excellent customer care, how wrong I was.

I've been a member for years and the pre-season coverage is great, however, much of what we pay for (and it isn't cheap) is finding its way on Youtube for free.

More recently, I'm becoming more and more annoyed with the likes of Natasha Dowie providing 'specialist input' on the show. I'm sorry but I don't want sub-conference level players providing such input. Please quick this modern day nonsense and put the former LFC mens team players on the box instead.

If I could, I wouldn't even give 1 star. I will never buy from this store or this website. I bought a set for my son with his name on the back, the item arrived quickly but dirty and the letter D was damaged. £75 for rubbish with poor quality and damage. Don't buy it, you will be disappointed and it's not worth it. I am having trouble getting my money back

Forget contacting Liverpool FC Hospitality for any help or assistance in regards to any future concerts (Especially Taylor Swift) if you're after information or advice on things like car parking etc. I Just contacted them for advice on if / where / how you can park and was bluntly told ....... we have none, you`ll have to find out yourself where parking is available. I do understand they don't directly have parking but to be so blunt and offer no help, advice or assistance whatsoever only re-enforces the vast difference between Liverpool as an events venue compared to places like the Etihad. I'm sure they will be getting 1000`s of similar phone calls and emails from people all over the UK and worldwide for advice on travel to and from the venue, parking, public transport options, etc and to have zero advice online and have such a dismissive attitude through the hospitality team doesn't show Liverpool FC as a venue that can rival its Mancunian counterparts at the opposite end of the M62. Shame really.

Man kan egentlig ikke anmelde den klubb man har elsket siden man var barn..det jeg vil anmelde er fotballspillere ..de for null stjerner ..jeg vet ikke om noen mer pengegriske enn fotballspillere og andre såkalte idretts stjerner og film /musikk stjerner ..generelt synes folk der er greit at disse skal tjene mangfoldige millioner ingen reagerer ..i forhold til hva andre tjener finnes der ingen rettferdighet i dette ..en lege tjener 1-2mill i året de beste fotball spillere mange mill ..det viser bare hvor sykt samfunnet er ..de eneste mer pengegriske er rene kriminelle
