Très mauvaise expérience. Nous avons acheté 4 billets pour le concert de David Guetta (deuxième date) en passant par Live Nation, pensant être sur une plateforme officielle et fiable. Le lien provenait directement de la story du DJ, ce qui nous a mis en confiance.

Le jour du concert, énorme surprise au contrôle : les billets étaient invalides et nous avons été refusés à l’entrée. Résultat : plusieurs centaines d’euros perdus et une soirée gâchée.

Quand on achète via une plateforme présentée comme officielle, on s’attend à un minimum de sécurité et de vérification. C’est scandaleux de se retrouver avec de faux billets dans ces conditions. Je déconseille fortement et j’attends toujours des explications ainsi qu’une solution à ce problème.

Have been to several concerts at Qudos Arena run by Live Nation and every time it is a shit show. It's like they are doing it the first time every time. Bunch of stupid muppets

Ieri sera sono stata ad un concerto all'ippodromo snai la maura, Quanto mai. Già dall’autostrada il traffico era completamente congestionato, con tempi di percorrenza ingestibili sia all’andata che al ritorno. Inoltre, una volta arrivati (già a concerto iniziato a causa della pessima viabilità), audio e video non erano sincronizzati. Non so come sia possibile che un concerto di queste dimensioni presenti una qualità tecnica così scarsa. Da una location che ospita eventi di questa portata ci si aspetterebbe una gestione decisamente migliore.

Na tyle tysięcy ludzi powinno być więcej stanowisk z wodą, żeby nie stać w kolejce dwie godziny. Przyszliśmy na stadion zaraz po otwarciu bramek -niestety rozdzieliliśmy się z resztą rodziny ,gdyż po spędzeniu dwóch godzin w kolejce nie mogliśmy już dostać się do miejsca gdzie stali. Ponadto po wyjściu do toalety z areny na zewnątrz , nie można było wrócić tą samą drogą. To jest porażka!

Did the presale with Live Nation & it automatically took my money straight from my bank account, instead of the option of using my bank card. There are more protections using a bank card, so I was not impressed. Very difficult to navigate when you are under pressure to complete the purchase before it times out.

Purchased VIP tickets by mistake in presale and immediately tried to cancel them - allowing Livenation to sell them in the upcoming Livenation presale and or general sale.

Very strange company and really don’t care what their customers think and that rich they don’t seem to care if there customers are happy or satisfied with there purchase.

Just had an unsatisfactory response from The Live Nation Experience team and just as I thought they don’t care.

Very disappointing experience as usual just hide behind biased T&C and seem happy to rip off customers and whoever designs their stages and sets up concerts really hasn’t got a clue!

Live Nation are just a greedy company and with Ticketmaster they own have a monopoly and they have no scruples in how they get money by selling restricted view seats at high prices and such a pity the artists have no morals and allow them to treat genuine theatre goers who are not millionaires to get value for money.

One of the so called bosses called Brin Gotts was going to investigate my valid complaint and get back to me himself but he just ran away like a coward and obviously passed it on to a nameless heartless individual.

Whoever set up the stage for Renee Rapp is a total idiot but the worst promoters in the World LIVE NATION are totally to blame!!!!

They should look at how Springsteen set up his latest tour ,despite warnings LN should not sell tickets at high prices when you can’t see anything because of stupid stage design and a lack of care to its patrons

Pésima experiencia con la organización de la gira de Shakira. Como promotores del evento, Live Nation España está permitiendo que su sistema de venta (@TicketmasterES) separe a una madre de su hija de tan solo 10 años en sectores diferentes (A2 y B2) por un error técnico de su propia plataforma.
​Viajamos expresamente desde Barcelona para celebrar el CUMPLEAÑOS de mi hija y nos encontramos con que, a pesar de admitir el fallo por escrito (Incidencia #74053201), se niegan a realizar una reubicación manual. Su única respuesta es que compremos entradas nuevas y esperemos un reembolso, lavándose las manos ante un problema de seguridad que ellos mismos han creado.
​Incumplen su propia normativa de acceso de menores y demuestran una falta total de ética y atención al cliente. No pienso permitir que mi hija esté sola en un sector distinto por su incompetencia técnica. Una organización que no cuida a los niños no merece ninguna confianza. ¡Exijo una solución antes del concierto!

Rockin 1000 Manchster concert 2026 "posponed" till October with 2 weeks to go,leaving tousands of artists and fans out of pocket for flights and accomadation , yet tickets still on sale as it has not been formaly announced yet, a total disgrace.

02. 02. 2026r.podczas koncertu na Torwarze wokalistki Zaz, organizator narzucił przymusowe oddawanie torebek, plecaków do depozytu, za który należało uiścić opłatę w wysokości 50zł. Wielkość torebek, które były skierowane jako konieczne do oddania do depozytu była uznaniowo oceniania przez ochronę, nigdzie nie pojawiły się wymiary, nie wspominając już o cenie za depozyt w wysokości 50zł bezzwrotna opłata, nieetyczna! - osoby, które chciały uczestniczyć w koncercie nie miały innej alternatywy jak skorzystać z depozytu gdzie musiały w foliowej torbie zostawić wszystkie swoje dokumenty i osobiste rzeczy.

Totalna porażka. Nie można wejść na koncert z torebką. Dno. Setki kobiet oddaje torebki do depozytu, a po koncercie stoisz w zimnie w tym bałaganie, żeby torebkę odzyskać. Beznadzieja.

If you want tickets for a concert, DO NOT GO THROUGH LIVE NATION!! They push the artists off the stage. I went to a concert tonight and the headliner played hardly any songs due to live nation.

I’m writing this with deep disappointment and anger after how I was treated by Ticketmaster UK, OVO Hydro Glasgow (SEC Armadillo), and Live Nation UK regarding The Offspring concert on November 18th.

I’ve been a devoted fan of The Offspring since 1995 and bought my ticket the moment sales opened. I live with a disability that causes severe hand tremors, and to enjoy concerts I rely on a small Insta360 stabilizer – a simple, non-professional device that just helps me hold my phone steady. It cannot record video or audio on its own.

Despite clearly explaining this and referencing UK equality and discrimination laws, I was refused permission to bring it. Every support channel – Ticketmaster, the venue, and Live Nation – completely ignored my detailed requests and medical justification.

This isn’t just poor service – it’s direct discrimination and a total disregard for disabled customers. I was made to feel powerless, invisible, and unwelcome at an event I had looked forward to for months.

It’s disgraceful that in 2025, major UK entertainment companies still fail to provide basic accessibility and empathy. Their so-called “disability support” is nothing but empty promises.

If you have any accessibility needs, think twice before buying from Ticketmaster UK or attending an OVO Hydro event. They do not care, they do not listen, and they do not respect disabled fans.

Shame on Ticketmaster UK, OVO Hydro Glasgow, and Live Nation UK for turning inclusion into exclusion.

Zero interest in providing a service, just a money-grab.

Livenation is not to be trusted with customer data. When I was mistreated by one of their security goons, I requested the footage. Livenation claim they deleted it and then fabricated a pack of lies to cover their tracks. If this company has mistreated you, make a Subject Access Request to get all of the data they hold on you.

After several poor experiences and zero transparency from live nation I have finally decided to make this review. They take no accountability for the issues they create and make getting help nearly impossible. Never book through them.
