Rae Signs Co. Omdömen

Great communication. My light is gorgeous!
Good turn around time
Would def use these again

I ordered a sign from Little Rae via their store on Not on The High Street. After being unsure about the preview with the font I had chosen at the time of ordering, Sophie went well out of her way to ensure that my order was perfect before sending it to production… doing multiple mock ups (which took her 45 minutes each time!), providing advice on fonts to use and even offering me a different shade of the colour I chose. I am so indecisive yet Sophie is incredibly patient and nothing is too much trouble. She is friendly, responds so quickly to messages and is really devoted to helping the customer as much as she possibly can. Fantastic customer service and the quality of product is outstanding - avoid the big neon sign companies and support this far superior small business… I would never go anywhere else now I’ve found Little Rae! Thank you Sophie ☺️

My son is absolutely delighted with his personal neon sign.
Great service from start to finish.
Woukd definitely recommend Little Rae

I made a mess of my order. Little Rae called me sorted it all out nothing was too much trouble. The sign is perfect. Excellent quality. It’s a Christmas gift so I’ve not had it on yet. But I’ll definitely buy from Little Rae again. Already got my eye one something!

Couldnt recommend them enough, responded to all my queries on instagram messenger really quickly and very helpful. The sign arrived quicker than anticipated and is so cool. Quality is top and i cant praise them enough

Easy to work with, easy to install and looks great! Has really made a difference to the space!

Absolutely incredible service and products! They couldn’t do enough for me. Highly reccomend!!

Brilliant. Just brilliant.

If you need a neon sign Littlerae is the place to go to! We got a customised sign to use in our home and also for our wedding! Which guests loved seeing the sign! We chose to have a custom sign which we had an idea in mind and sent a photo to the team. We were sent some deigns and chose which one was best for us. We upgraded our sign to be waterproof just incase! Any questions/ queries was happily answered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Arrived so quickly and looked exactly as advertised, will definitely be ordering more

I received my light 3 days earlier then expected superbly wrapped and protected
Sophie helped me so much choosing the correct colour and font. She emailed me several times and had great patience and advice when I rang her. I love my neon light it’s just WOW. This company is amazing.10 out of 10 and 5 stars on every level including price. Very very very happy with my purchase

We love our sign! The seller was helpful and provided amazing customer service and support.

Literally the best neon sign company! My personalised sign looks so good and quick delivery

Simply amazing. Not only was my custom design absolutely gorgeous but delivery was super speedy I can’t wait to shop here again

The actual product whilst on the expensive side is lovely and exactly as advertised! The only criticism I have would be that the tracking/delivery info wasn’t updated since the order was placed so I didn’t know when to expect the product, however when I used the live chat they were very helpful!

I ordered 4 signs from Littlerae and I love them all so much. Two of them are used as night lights and they are perfect for the children's rooms. They are dimmable so not too bright either. The experience was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish with great communication throughout.
The product was a gift so they made sure I received it in time and with time to spare.

I will definitely be using Littlerae again and will be recommending to friends and family.

If you’re looking for something different to light up a room or a special gift for someone, Littlerae will have you covered.

I purchase a You,Me & A Cup Of Tea sign recently and I absolutely love it! There was a bit of a mix up with the discount codes used but the customer service was great and we got this resolved, I was sent a dimmer for the hassle and it’s much needed to create mood lighting :)

Great service, really quick. A top made to measure product 😁

Absolutely amazing!
From the very first moment we made an enquiry about a neon sign Sophie was very quick to reply and so helpful!
The package arrived within the promised timeframe and the sign looks amazing on our wall!
Highly recommend and we will definitely use Little Rae again in the future!
