Rae Signs Co. Omdömen

The customer service was fantastic and prices very competitive. I’m late in giving a review as I wanted to ensure the products (neons) lasted - 10 months later they’re still functioning perfectly! A great company, worthy of the high rating.

Product was made of high quality materials and was delivered on time.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Little Rae and I’ve always been really pleased with their customer service.
This time they have gone over and above my expectations and I am so grateful to them. I misspelt the name of my granddaughter for the light that I ordered. They so kindly went out of their way to help me put this right. I can’t recommend them enough

Absolutely in love with our wedding sign. We had so many comments on it and it truly stood out to everyone. If you are thinking of having a neon light sign made for your special day, don’t even think about it just do it. Little Rae was brilliant to order from and even their communication after our wedding has been fantastic. Don’t hesitate, just buy!

Great customer service. Prompt replys to any questions I had. The sign itself was top notch. Awesome. My high recommendations.

The team at Little Rae are magical and very attentive. Very quick turnaround from when the mock up was sent to confirmation and delivery. Very impressive! The sign is also very nice and care has been given to package the item very well. I'm glad we picked Little Rae over some other competitors just because the experience felt more personal.

Customer service was so fast and all questions were answered
The finished product is perfect!

Exceptional a beautiful sign worth every penny & the packaging’s was so protected & done to such a high standard , the sign quality woukd take me a week to write about & also you got a remote to dim the neon sign to your choice , just amazing it looks insane in my house

Clear communication and prompt delivery.
Sign is great, easy to set up and use. Very pleased!

Andy sent us an example of our design before it was made and was so quick with responding. Received sign and it’s perfect! Great quality and packaged so well for safe transportation. Thanks again Little Rae 🤍

These guys were amazing from very beginning, I wanted something quite bespoke and they worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, they couldn't do enough to help me!

The delivery was quick and they made the whole process simple, the price was absolutely amazing for the sign we got and the quality is absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and we are over the moon with what they produced for us, would recommend them to anyone and won't hesitate to use them again.

Special thanks to Andy who looked after us on this customer journey and to Sophie for taking the time to speak to me to work out exactly what we wanted.

i highly recommend Little Rae, their customer service was fabulous.

Gorgeous product, great customer service. Very pleased!

We ordered an LED name sign for my daughter’s bedroom. The sign is beautiful, my daughter loves it. Communication was very quick, everything was double checked and they added extra cord length for us. It got to us pretty quickly too. An extremely happy customer!

Absolutely fantastic!

We've ordered a sign recently for our upcoming wedding in August and we are simply thrilled with it!

Andy, one of the designers, got in touch shortly after our order was placed to get our sign off on the design and helped us make a couple of tweaks and was ever so helpful.

Once approved, the sign arrived a week later - I do need to add just how brilliantly it was wrapped for transit, it was so well secured and padded within the box. We can't wait to use it for our big day and then have it up at home as a piece of art afterwards!

A huge thank you to the Little Rae team and to Andy for all his fab help, we would definitely buy from them again!

I found the process user friendly, from start to finish. The tool for choosing the neon light was exceptional, in that I was able to view my design, colour, size and the end product was visible even being able to see how it would look in proportion to the size of the room. So there was no anxiety about if it would fit within the dimensions of my sister's room before purchasing.
Furthermore, once purchased I requested an addition to the design which I was put in touch with the designer via email and got an immediate response the following day, showing me the final design before dispatch.

The delivery of the neon light was very quick and sent well in advance of her birthday. I got her partner to check it, to make sure all was working and they were extremely pleased with it.

Luckily I got it at a time when there was a limited discount so all in all, thanks to all the team at Little Rae for making the process easy and efficient.

Would highly recommend this company.

I was looking for a couple of new neons. I ordered, received a 10% discount with being a new customer and had my signs in a matter of days.
I made contact by email asking when I would receive the delivery and had a prompt, friendly response letting me know it was due for delivery that day.
The signs are now fitted and look great. I can highly recommend Little Rae
