Not my first time
This is the third order I have purchased from this company, they are quick and the hay is excellent quality my bunnies are so fussy but they love the hay excellent quality for the price and my guinea pig love that we alternate between two different types of hay for them

Perfect hay for our bunny

Week later no dispatch or response
I ordered a week ago and it has not shipped yet. Cheeky to send me a link to rate you when you have not even bothered to dispatch.
EDIT: How can I let you know my order reference, there is no way to respond to you here and you ignored TWO of my emails! Order #2114
EDIT: They contacted me saying they'd send free hay because previous hay did not arrive. 3 weeks after no response or no hay - this company just takes your money.
EDIT: I have edited my review from 1 star to 4 because the sample pack they have sent with DPD has reached me.

We are sorry to hear that you have not received your order, please let us know your reference so that we can look into this for you and get this resolved.
Edit: 2 sample sets sent with royal mail 2nd class and not received (untraceable), we gave the customer a full refund for this and as an extra apology we sent a full size sample box with DPD on a tracked service which has been received.

I fount the hay poor quality
I fount the hay poor quality, very brown and the rabbits didn't like it. I will go back to haybox as its always green and good quality !

I love this company
I love this company! We had a small mix up and they communicated with us and promptly fixed the issue. The product is fantastic and I have two happy Guinea Pigs!

Super quick delivery and great hay
Super quick delivery and great hay. I think it's fantastic that the hay comes in a cardboard box so there's no plastic waste. I ordered the silky soft hay and both rabbits tucked into it which is incredible considering they are both extremely fussy. All 3 types of hay I tried (I also bought the sample selection) had a lovely smell so you know it's been dried correctly. Very reasonably priced compared to what you pay in a pet store.

Great quality hay for a really…
Great quality hay for a really affordable price! My guys are fussy hay eaters but they are absolutely loving the rye grass hay and the Timothy! And there's plenty of it to last me a while! Delivery was quicker than expected so a bonus there!
