Ordered from them before xmas, nothing arrived. Now in feb i get an email just stating that my order was cancelled. When i responded and asked for an explanation i was asked how i managed to place the order as the website was not active. I had ordered from a facebook advert. There was no apology or offer to help push my order through i was just told to order again.
Really poor service, wanted to try this out but will stick with Just4Rabbits instead now

I’ve been using Happy Hay for years now. I purchase a box every month and my order comes the next day the vast majority of time. The quality of hay cannot be compared to the dusty, dry, brown hay you buy in most pet shops. My rabbits love one particular hay they sell, it’s always green and smells fresh, sweet and lovely. Occasionally they sell out which leaves my rabbits in a bind as they refuse all other hay. My only request would be that there is the option for a smaller purchase (1-2kg) for the times I run out and I’m waiting to get paid. But I honestly can’t fault this company. I’ve spoken to the owner a few times via email and he is always super helpful. Not only would I recommend them, but I wouldn’t get my hay from anywhere else.

Excellent service delivers hay straight to my house for my 2 guinae pigs. Really easy to adjust also if you need more or less frequently. Also good quality timothy hay :)

My guinea pigs enjoy your hay, delivery is super fast and you are always very quick to respond to ordering challenges on your website and manually resolve these, but please, please make it easier to manage subscriptions online - this bit of your website isn't particularly user-friendly or functional and it's letting you down!

Terrible. I've had to go to the little hay company over the happy hay co time & time again.

Absolutely shocking commitment to customers, with lack of feedback following complaints.

Their website is very slow & riddled with errors, but other hay suppliers' websites work perfectly.

Their payment system does not work with PayPal either, so it is difficult to place ad-hoc orders on the move unless you have your bank cards with you to hand.

Don't order these, they are a total rip off. £4.99 for just over 100g of hay. Appalling. There is barely a mouthful in each bag.
If the offer was the other way around and only cost £2.50 with free delivery it would be better but still expensive for what it is.
Would not recommend at all

My pigs were getting bored with the hay I was getting doe them, so I gave Happy Hay a try. They seem to be actually eating this hay, which makes me very happy indeed!

I have used Happy Hay since getting 2 female Guinea pigs in February 2024, no issues, easy to navigate website, good care info!! easy to order, Best price for the quality! the hay is always good quality and my Guinea pigs are just about to try the 3rd type although I did get the free sample with 1st order for them to try the different types of hay,(freely available code on the website) A BIG also! When you have a query (even over the Christmas period (not xmas day!) They get back to you in what I thought was a very very reasonable amount of time especially at this time of year, query resolved immediately.

We’ve been using the Happy Hay Company for over 3 years now and the quality has always been first class. We typically buy Timothy Hay, Meadow Gay and as a treat, the Crau Hay and our bunnies ( 2 mini lops) love it all.

The hay was good quality and free from dust. The rabbits loved it. Arrived quickly and packaged well.

This hay smells and looks amazing! I only wish my bunny rabbit Napoleon the General were more enthusiastic about eating it. (Not a fault of the hay: he is not a hay enthusiast, never been, probably because he was never fed hay by his previous owners).

Timothy Hay was fresh, a good price and delivered quickly. The rabbits loved it (and they can be fussy) so will be buying again.

Been using for quite a while now for our four buns. Incredible hay really good quality, mine love it. We like to give them the box too when empty for them to play a chew in. We get the Timothy Hay, and get lots of golden nuggets and it really is the best for them.

The one time I had an issue was because the courier lect the pat rl outside in the rain, causing the hay to become damp.
