The one time I had an issue was because the courier lect the pat rl outside in the rain, causing the hay to become damp.
They replaced it. Excellent service

Great quality hay available at a reasonable price. The hay smells amazing and looks so much better than the drab pre-packaged bags from the pet shop. The rabbits are happy, so are we. Easy to navigate website, which gives information on all the varieties of hay. Delivery is always quick and easy. I've never had any issues with the product. Very happy customer.

Great Timothy hay that my piggies always love. We tried the meadow hay this time as well as we've had to throw so many different bags away this year because they won't touch it. And always quick dispatch (even between Christmas and New Year).

All of the hays are of exceptional quality, I (or rather, my extremely fussy rabbits) have tried all of the types currently available, Meadow, Timothy, Crau, thsy all have a wonderful fresh smell. Very importantly there is far less dust in their hays, almost none, in comparison to other companies, so it is easier to avoid rabbit respiratory issues. I had a rabbit who was a very fussy eater, but the timothy and crau especially got him eating again, and he has the meadow too! My four baby rabbits, now 8 months old, were reared on these hays. Excellent value too, as low as £2.50ish per kilo! The customer service is also outstanding, once when a 10kg box was damaged, they sent a whole new box! No other companies do that! In summary I thoroughly recommend this company!

The best hay I've come across for my rabbits by far. They never really eat the whole thing but so much more than any other types so it's definitely a win. I've tried different brands and types and always come back to happy hay Timothy.

Great hay for my Guinea pigs and I love that it’s produced in Leicestershire. I buy both Timothy hay and meadow hay. It smells fresh and my piggies definitely approve. Delivery is quick too.

My rabbits love the Crau Hay. It isn’t as nice as in previous years, but hay is weather dependent. If my rabbits are happy with it, then so am I. Always quick delivery too. I am well stocked up with Crau hay, because as it’s so popular, it will eventually run out until next year.

Good quality hay, that my rabbits love! It also seems less dusty than other hays I've bought which is a nice plus. I habe bought it from here fir the last half a year now.

Absolutely amazing hay since the packaging change!! My rabbits LOVE the Timothy hay, I get the big bales at 15kg and lasts me about 2 months!! So worth it
