LITELOK® Omdömen 

I’m new to the cycling world and had an e-bike for Christmas. I bought a standard U-lock, but decided two locks would give me a bit more peace of mind after hearing all the bike theft scary horror stories.

Someone at work recommended Litelok, so I went for the X1 and I LOVE it. It feels very solid and is a big deterrent to opportunist thieves. But it is still easy to use and not too heavy to carry around.

I also contacted customer service recently with a couple of questions and they were brilliant - really quick, personal and helpful (thanks Ben).

It’s also nice to support a UK business (and a Welsh one!). I really like their sustainability values as well - even their factory is solar powered.

The first thing you notice when it arrives, is the weight and quality of the lock. It fits perfectly through the back wheel and brake disc of my BMW R1300RT. I genuinely feel the bike is so much safer with it fitted. Granted these are not the cheapest option, however they are worth every penny. "

Purchased the Litelock X1 PLUS MOTO. Its brilliant and fits through the spokes on my Triumph 400 Speed no problem at all. Easy to put on and take off. Gives me peace of mind knowing that my new bike is safe

Smooth transaction, Litelok 3 looks robust and just fits my MT09 front wheel. Quick delivery and great coms with the company.

Easy ordering process & arrived as per delivery instruction, at first glance the X1 plus seams pricey but once it arrived in the camo finish it is a solid piece of kit. You’re paying 2% of the value of a £10k bike which is a no brainer. Fits perfect through the front brake callipers on my Panigale with ease.

I ordered the X3 moto on 17th May. Today is 22nd May and I haven't received any communication from them regarding my order. Very disappointed with the service so far. They got the money and forgot about customers.

I bought 2 products over a couple of months. I first bought the standard X1 which was great and so when the X1 mini came out I bought one of these too. Excellent security at affordable prices.... Compared to having to replace a bike it is a small price to pay.

"I eventually received my lock after the courier service messed up the delivery, so initially I was unable to offer my bike, and my bike insurance company the protection it required. All sorted now so I'm hoping to put the Litelok 1+ to good use over the forthcoming weeks."

"I purchased a Litelok x1 a couple of weeks back and their was a problem with the delivery ( the courier had left it at the wrong address) I contacted Litelok customer services who couldn't have been more helpful and was prepared to send me another lock so I could use it for my up and coming trip but didn't need it because I was lucky an knew where the lock ad been delivered. I always say you only find out how good a company is when their is a problem. "

Over 3 weeks in no item as yet no email to say there is a delay. I had to query. Only for them to say they busy and factory was on strike. So when can’t on line say temporary unavailable or orders will be longer than normal it’s going on to week 4 now still no item.

Fantastic advertisement, I ordered the litelok 1+ came the next day, BUT when I tried to fit it to my back spoked wheel on my BMW R1200GS ,WOULDN'T FIT not even close, the only place I could fit it to my bike was the front wheel and it just fit ,very tight to the paint on the wheel.

First of all a great service from litelok ,kept informed and the x1 mini is very easy to use and feels really good quality. I have it fitted on the front wheel because unfortunately it won't fit on the rear as the tyre is too wide but it is very visible and I'm sure a great detterent for any would be thief.

A more convenient option than my usual heavy chain and lock that I take when touring. Ideal for securing bikes together or to an anchor point. Along with my litelok X3 which I use every day I am confident that my bike is as secure as I can make it

I wanted to upgrade my road bike security for a 3-day ride, but I didn't want to carry a lot of weight or bulk. The LITELOK GO FLEXI-O with the GO WEAR-IT KIT was suggested to me, and whilst initially unsure, I decided to give it a go. I put it around my waist each morning and rode all day with it, pretty much forgetting it was there. I was seriously impressed, and it will probably go out with me on my day rides now.

Fantastic products, without doubt the best made bike locks (X1 Plus) I have ever owned. Really great customer service as well. I'm definitely going to buy another lock. Also, this is my 2nd Litelok product , having bought a great wearable lock some years ago that is still in regular use and keeping my bikes secure and safe.

I bought Litelok mini X1.
Perfect fit around front wheel and looks very strong.

Having used most types of disc lock over the years, the ease of use and reduction in weight is a blessing. On previous long trips having to accommodate disc locks and heavy chains and padlocks was a nightmare. On a number of occasions someone would have problems with their disc locks and forget about it. Bright cable is a good addition as a reminder, although the Litelock is easier to see before riding off. Best bit is being UK made!"
