Bought a pair of Capo shorts for holiday over the Christmas holiday and I’m really happy with them. Great quality, excellent service, and very well-priced. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

Terrible company to deal with. Take your money and then send out the wrong item. When you try to get a refund they purposely ignore your messages until you are outside of the return time. Scam company ran by really rude amateur people. Don’t waste your time or money here

Ordered a size large jumper for my husband as a Christmas present on 10/12/25 which I received a few days later. When I took this out of the bag on 24/12/25 to wrap it I found that litcollective had actually sent me a Medium. Went straight to the live chat to ask for an exchange to get the correct size, clearly an error by them. Told by the extremely rude advisor that the best they could do was give me back a 50 percent refund and I’d have to pay to return the item to them as it was past 14 days. Firstly it wasn’t past 14 days and secondly it was their mistake, So I’d be receiving around £15 back for an item that cost me £55. Has to be the most amateur & rude company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Now have to do a charge back with my bank to get my money back. Would strongly advise anybody to avoid using this company. As other reviews on here show this is a company who will take your money and not give you what you actually paid for. AVOID!

rude unprofessional and full of attitude. they ignore you for 2 weeks until your 'returns window' is up then reply knowing full well you are out of the timeframe. Yes i checked the website but asked something the website didnt answer. ill be leaving a review in as many places as possible to warn others. awful service!! Oh and then send an email as if you had replied...id sent 3 emails to different email addresses YOU have on social media then say you must have been talking to a ghost! Again! Rude and unprofessional and unwilling to offer help! See other reviews for this company! ATROCIOUS

Have to say 10/10 across the board, I ordered a top slight issue but was resolved very, very quickly and new T-shirt sent out in time (along with a free gift ) I will definitely be ordering more clothes form this place. Thanks so much.

Absolutely horrific and rude customer service. I asked to exchange a shirt and was told that they didn't do refunds or exchanges but then to check the website. When I did, I read that it stated you had 14 days from the date of purchase to buy, receive, and return to be considered for a return. They did not respond until I sent an admittedly snotty third email regarding this. They also will not pay for the item to be returned, and want you to pay for it tracked; then, if they deem you worthy of a refund, they will deduct the shipping cost. I'd avoid this company, as I'm now £44 out.

Terrible customer service do not order online. Not interested in resolving a sizing issue for a item my wife bought for me and they just dont respond in a timely manner.

Avoid. Ordered shirt which took 2 weeks to arrive which I had to chase. Shirt arrived and wrong colour and now trying to return this without occurring any costs and no communication

Ordered 2 shirts with express delivery, 5 days later and still not here! Also getting no replies from them either!! Luckily used PayPal!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I just LOVE the clothes in this shop, I can find stuff for myself and my boys, staff are incredible. If there is something you like but its not in the size you need ,they will order you one in :) .brilliant customer service everytime 100% .

Great clothing store, stocking some good brands. Brought some Gym King and Capo tshirts. Fab variety in store . Staff are very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable.

Lovely staff, pretty good shop, they They’ve got a great range of good quality clothes, and you can order online too, which is really handy.

I was having a hard time choosing something for my nephew, but the staff were super helpful.
