Changed over to Lindstrom after being constantly let down by my previous workwear supplier.
The service has been first class and Gary Donnison has been brilliant in getting the changeover sorted quickly.

We swapped over after poor service from another provider, the work wear was an improvement in quality, the service has been very good with very little issues and any issues we have had have been minor with rectification upon raising them.
Customer service has been great with friendly, informative and helpful area managers. Keep up the good work guys & girls.

We actually saved money by introducing this system a number a year's ago.

The trials,set up and service have been excellent .

Lindstrom provide excellent support in respect of the supply of work wear, an area that is massively important to our business.
Access to the customer support network is simple and efficient and our account manager, Ian Newton provides all the additional support required with frequent site visits to ensure the continued smooth operation of the account.
We have used other less efficient suppliers of such services in the past and are pleased to report that Lindstrom have provided exactly the kind of service we need, something that was lacking with our previous providers, as a result, I have no doubt about recommending Lindstrom as an excellent all round supplier of work wear support services.

Efficient response time for visit and initial consultation/quotation, very thorough and explained the system/quotation very well (Andy Conaghan). Fittings were done with no issues from Lindstrom side, effective management of fittings. Delivery/installation hit our required date (in fact were ready earlier) and went smoothly. Any minor issues are dealt with promptly and professionally by Andy and his team. Look forward to the future SOGEFI/ Lindstrom, would recommend to other companies.
