this company is an absolute shambles
i took on microfibre wipes for my body shop., they arrived and smelt of gear oil i refused straight away the company. they then took 3 months to collect them and have charged me 5 months. nobody has a clue whats going on. they then had the cheek to instruct a debt collector.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The sales rep can talk the talk and sold this to us on 1 month free trial. When we decided not to take this product we was then hit with a bill. So I then complained to the company and was told we do not offer a free trial. I'm still not paying this bill has I have 2 witnesses that was in my office at the time he offered me this deal. Very disappointed with this company and would not recommend

We have been using Lindstrom for approximately two years at Hitachi Rail, our contact is Gary Donnison. They have been extremely helpful in finding solutions to our workwear issues. They are very service driven and quick to respond. A very professional service throughout.

We have had Lindstrom workwear in our facility for around 6 months now. Switching to Lindstrom from our old workwear provider has proven to be a great decision. Not only are their prices more competitive, but their garments are far superior.
The Area Sales Manager, Gary Donnison was a great help during our switch and has been there for us whenever we've needed him since. We look forward to dealing with Lindstrom UK for the foreseeable future.

We have used this company for the past 3 years. We met with Gary Donninson who set it all up for our small company with such ease. We have had a few changes of staff over the 3 years, we message Gary and the new starter set up is complete usually in two weeks.Excellent customer service if we need to contact them regarding any billing issues. Highly recommend this company.

Lindstrom have provided heavy duty and light duty coveralls, Gary Donnison has been on hand to ensure a smooth installation. The delivery drivers are efficient and polite.
We have signed up for another 12 months, and we are in the process of getting new coveralls for the staff.

Completely mis-sold an industrial wipes contract by a salesman. Was told it was £8 per week, but that was plus vat, then they added rental of the dispenser on. That was another £8 per week! Was told by the salesman that it was a 12 months contract. Collection of dirty and Delivery of clean wipes was sketchy at best. They wanted to deliver/collect at 6am but we don't actually open until 9.30! So unless I was in work early for some reason, we never got a Collection/Delivery. They attempted to compensate by delivering 4 times more wipes than usual in one delivery, which has meant that we have loads of bags of soiled rags lying around awaiting collection! This is a major fire hazard! They are hard to communicate with unless they're chasing you for money. If you owe them more than a couple of months they send in the debt collectors as well! Today I decided enough is enough. I rang them to cancel. They told me that I have to give 12 months notice! 12 MONTHS! That's absolutely insane! No company I have ever dealt with has required more than 3 months to cancel once you're out of contract. The salesman never mentioned any of this! I was completely mis-sold this service! I would sue them but being a multinational company it would be a complete waste of time. I think I may take their dispenser up to their distribution warehouse at Bradford and then give their debt collectors £5 a week until it's paid off. All I can say about these charlatans is

And to add to further re the reply from the 'Linstrom Team' ,they are still badgering me for the money! So NO! IT ISN'T RESOLVED AT ALL!!!

Had been using lindstrom for year paying £31 a month for one pair of overalls to be cleaned.
They then decided that they would increase this to £91 a month for the one pair of overalls.
I kindly emailed them explaining I am not happy to pay this and as I never signed up to a contract for this amount so please cancel.
They email me back saying I either have to pay 12 month of £91 a month or carry on and give them a years notice!!
They have now passed it over a debt collection agency saying I ow them £270.
Do not use this company there are better company out there that won’t stitch you up like lindstrom

Be very careful of this company they have just put the costs to me up by over three times the usual cost. They claim it is in keeping with the contract I signed over 10 years ago, it seems in their eyes it gave them a blank cheque.

We had a communication issue with Lindstrom, but they have now been very proactive in sorting out our problem - crediting us for the service that was suspended during lockdown.

Very bad customer service
Told had to give 12 months cancellation notice after being a loyal customer for over 7 years
Unhelpful rude and arrogant staff

Excellent service, have used the recycled wiper service over two sites with great success.

Excellent service for our new workwear - Gary Donnison has been there for us all the way throughout to assist with any queries and to make sure the changeover went smoothly.

Gary has went above and beyond to help us - outstanding customer service from him. Lindstrom.... he is definitely a keeper!

So glad I changed from previous supplier, smooth changeover helped by Gary Donnison, top class guy, very helpful in dealing with any queries, a pleasure to deal with. Great service and also must mention delivery guy who set up lockers etc very polite. Very pleased with quality of work wear and would recommend.
