Tyre repair
The Lindley's team although busy made effort to squeeze in a tyre repair for me around other jobs. I was able to leave the car with them and collect with works completed by lunch on the same day.

Dropped off first thing after booking…
Dropped off first thing after booking in a few days before and I finish work at 2pm so they did it straight away to make sure my car was ready. Really friendly staff who kept me informed. Very competitive prices too and all work carried out to a great standard. Thank you

Very good customer service
Very good customer service, for example, someone collected and returned my car for its Service and I was easily able to pay my bill online in safety. I was updated throughout the service and advised when my car was due to be returned. I always receive a reminder for when MOT and service are due, thank you so much.

Used Lindleys for many years now
Used Lindleys for many years now. Sometimes seem extremely expensive but they keep my car, which is now 11 yeats old in good working order. Used both Kirkby and Mansfield Woodhouse branches.

Dan at carlton is the best chap by far
I visited the carlton store today after booking and i only had to wait 3 days. Booking process was easy, I did it over the phone, and they checked a few stores for the soonest availability. I had a very friendly chap called dan looked after me. He introduced himself, explained what he was going to do, and he did it on time, very quickly and then thoroughly explained what he had done to correct the problem. He was very attentive, cared about my expectations, and at the end of getting my keys back, he had also sorted my radio out in seconds as an extra, and it made my day. I really appreciated his professionalism, and taking the time to listen to me before answering any questions. Very pleased, left in a really good mood.

Great from start to finish
Great from start to finish, full service and mot, had a problem with headlights on mot, mechanic phoned to let me know and it was just bulbs which I already had so nipped them down to him and job was done, all staff very friendly and approachable so yes great service from these guys
