We have been with Lightnet for many years, and from the installation to customer support throughout the years we have found everyone to be extremely professional, hardworking and supportive. The service provided suits our needs perfectly and I really like that you receive a text to let you know the signal will be down for a certain period if they are doing maintenance work in your area, we have and will continue to recommend Lightnet to everyone.

Unlimited is limited. A little unclear as to what "unlimited" means. In the modern era of streaming I have reached my limit of unlimited data. New plan replacing old plan ... old plan not available ... so being trapped into a plan that doesn't exist. Also have to say the network capacity seems to be lagging considerably these days. Have been so satisfied with service up until recently. But unfortunately the competitiveness of the larger services providers is difficult for you to match for the soon to be deliverd fibre broad band in our area!

Have been with lightnet For many years never had any service issues very efficient service and supporting local businesses great for rural areas reasonably priced.

I find Lightnet so easy to deal with, never have had a problem with their service. I had two contracts with them but as sold house, cancelled one. Found everyone so helpful and nice.

We never had any issues with streaming or download speeds. Customer service is prompt and efficient.

Prompt and professional. Installed very quickly and switch over was seamless. I had broadband and VoIP telephone setup. Their support service is excellent and quick in comparison to terrible support from other bigger vendors!

We have been with lightnet the past 2+ years and have had no issues. We are based in West Clare and even in extreme weather conditions our broadband connection is 100%. Would recommend to family and friends

I find the customer care with Lightnet has improved this year. Each time I text or ring someone gets back to me fairly promptly. I have had of hitches with the quality of my broadband recently and they have believed me and attended to the problems. Now it is up the standard I expect of my package.

Lightnet are a solid, reliable ISP who provide a service roughly a thousand times better then the one I was getting previously from a much larger company.

two years now no breakdowns and fast internet speed totally honest a little costly but service is good.

Great service from these lovely professional people, I couldn't get a service from anyone as I'm in rural area and down in a valley between 2 High hills ,these guys came out climbed houses and slatted sheds and I have Great comfort since definitely above and beyond, in miserable weather and with a smile

Lightnet are a fantastic company.Every month they send a thank you letter with the bill. They have a great aftersales service. Any problems with the broadband and they resolve it quickly and efficiently. They always answer the phone and you can discuss any problem with them and they talk you through the problem patiently especially when you are not tech savvy. I would find it hard to get a better broadband provider
