Best Decision
I'm with Lightnet for years. Never had any trouble with them. Always answer phone or query straight away.
They told me upfront if I would get good reception or not before putting up the dish.

Connection drops from time to time
I have had a good overall experience using lighnet however the wimax connection drops from time to time, but usually resolves it self with an router reboot.

Service outages are extremely rare but when they have happened due to severe weather conditions, the communication from Lightnet has been excellent and repairs swift.

next to none customer service
I have an account that has limited data per month, this is usually very adequate from my needs. Recently I had a friend staying who used up my months data in just over a week!! I rang Lighthouse to top up my account for the rest of the month and to my delight was told, as a valued customer who has been with them a long time, they would give me a very generous free 100GB. Now that is customer service.

Top quality excellent service from start to finish
I have been with Lightnet for a few years now and from installation to continuous high speed internet I cannot fault them. The customer service is excellent always a friendly voice and willing to help.
I was made the move three years ago and I recommended to many friends and family to get it. Highly recommend this service.

The staff are super
The staff are super. When I rang I got no answer and I didn't leave a message as I had intended to ring later but my missed call was returned very quickly which is great customer service and very rare these days! I had an engineer out in half an hour which is also great service and rare. The problem was fixed.

No island is an island, when Lightnet provide the Internet connection!
I teach online, so it is vital that I have good quality and consistent internet access so that I can engage with students from all around the world. I am often asked where I am living, as my connection seems so good. When I tell students that I live on the Aran Islands, an island off the west coast of Ireland, they are very impressed with the connectivity. I am always happy to say that Lightnet not only provides a quality product, but that their customer service is also top-notch.

Been with Lightnet for many years. Never had an issue with them. If I had a problem they were very easy to deal with via phone or email. Couldn't recommend anyone else apart from them.

5 Star Service
We’ve been with Lightnet several years now and couldn’t be happier, any issues we had were resolved quickly with their helpful and knowledgeable support staff, we live in an area where our broadband signal was poor but since we joined Lightnet it’s rarely been an issue, my wife works from home without any problems and has recommended Lightnet to other colleagues

I had an issue with some connectivity…
I had an issue with some connectivity problems regarding a system I was trying to install. The technician from Lightnet stayed with me on the line whilst he made some adjustments on his side to try to resolve the issue. So pleasant and helpful. Not only the staff are brilliant, we have never had any issues with our internet connection. I would recommend this service to anyone.
