Anytime I had to ring with a late payment after changing bank details I was always treated like a local customer and there was never an issue, service was never broken and as I've stayed local for our Internet provider, lightnet have likewise treated me fairly. Keep up that mantra.

Excellent service on the very few occasions it was not working perfectly they informed me, I have never had any problems with the service and find the method of informing me the payment is due and collecting it directly from my account so convenient.
The staff are pleasant informative and efficient, the latter means a lot to me as I don't tolerate incompetence very well.
I can change my subscription at any time. Delighted I choose them when I moved into this house. Keep doing what you are doing. Thank you

Once our broadband works we have no issues. We did have some glitches in the past but were advised if any technical faults were being fixed in advance.
Overall we are Happy with the service.

What can we say? Lightnet are, without doubt our best service provider, beating all. If a problem surfaces, they are polite in any communication, efficient in response and very fast to have an issue sorted. They also helped with a router problem and sent out a really efficient 'fritzbox' router, which is hassle free. All in all Lightnet are the best for us.
