This jewellers was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. I sold some old jewellery and Mehmet was very friendly and dealt with it very efficiently. I wasn’t rushed even though a couple of other people in the store. Great service and definitely go back again.

Mehmet and the girls in the shop are fantastic! They are so personable and arranged for me to get my engagement ring made bespoke and we got our wedding bands from them too. We had them engraved and they are beautiful!

I've been living in Sutton since 2003 (I was only 6 years old then). Every time we would go to the High Street, it would become a habit/routine of mine to look at all the jewellery outside the Lewins window. My fascination with jewellery started very early, and I don't quite know the reason. This store has a very special place in my heart. I made a promise to myself that once I graduate from university and with my first wage as a qualified nurse, I will buy a piece of jewellery from here. Sadly, soon after, the pandemic hit, and all stores were closed. I waited months, and the moment I found out the stores were open, I ran straight to Lewins. I bought a 9ct yellow gold, blue topaz with CZ side stones (this was in 2020). Just recently, I decided to turn that ring into an heirloom since I have 2 little girls to pass it onto. It is now an 18ct yellow gold and platinum ring, same blue topaz, but the side stones are now real diamonds. The Lewins staff (especially Mehmet) were very approachable, and communication was prompt and clear. Transactions were quick. I waited around 6-8 weeks for my ring to be customised, and it was truly worth the wait!
Not only that, since I was a little girl, I've always admired the opal and diamond rings in this store. On Christmas Eve 2021, my now husband bought me my dream engagement ring from this store and proposed ❤️

Mehmet was extremely helpful and gave me some very sound advice regarding a set of opals I asked him about, he also was very helpful with sorting my scrap jewellery and having my platinum ring repaired. I would definitely recommend his service and shop and will be using him again.

Went to this lovely family run jewellery shop to sell a gold chain which I no longer needed was offered a very fair good price and even managed to haggle for a few more quid on top with the friendly owner excellent customer services highly recommend .

Left my white gold rings with Lewins for Rhodium plating. I do this every year. The quality of plating is far superior to another independent jewellers I had been to previously in Epsom. I appreciated the Whats App photo from Lewins of my name, jewellery and work requested when I dropping off my jewellery.

Lovely selection of jewellery, real gold items not plated as in most high street jewellers. Found all the staff very friendly. I was given a very fair price for some broken/unwanted gold. I would recommend them.

I went into Lewins jewelers in Sutton in April this year been going for last 20 years and was served by a lovely kind lady named Hazel she was so sweet and helpful and spent so much time with me trying to choose a family members birthday present her time spent with me was precious and she was very experienced in what she does I felt like I had known her for years her personality is amazing .❤️

I visited Lewins today with what I believed to be mostly a box of costume jewellery and just wanted a price on a few items. Fortunately Mehmet corrected my mistake as he took the time and effort to look through everything I had and I’m really glad he did. I left having sold a lot more than I expected at a price I never expected. A throughly honest and excellent customer service experience.
