Excessive shipping costs, long delivery time
Excessive shipping costs and then long delivery time. Just not worth it

Svar från Levenger
We understand that shipping cost and delivery time both play a big part in the overall value of an order. Economy orders typically take one business day to process, followed by 5 to 8 business days in transit. We appreciate you sharing your perspective, and we’ll pass your feedback along to our team as we continue looking for ways to improve the shipping experience.

I have bought the pen case that clips to my scrubs so that I do not lose my Fountain pens at work. So when I saw it again on the website I grabbed it. Neither my pen or this pencase is able to fall out and that magnetic clip holds really strong. No regrets here

I give the gift of excellence!
I love your pens and have purchased several not only for myself, but as gifts for family and friends. The exterior of each pen is beautifully designed, and the weight is correctly balanced.

Great products, poor gift card delivery
Levenger has wonderful products, which is why I chose to give a family member a digital gift card. What I find frustrating is that this company, unlike every other online retailer I've purchased from, will not send the gift card directly to the recipient. Why not? It adds an unnecessary extra step for the purchaser: waiting for the email and then forwarding it.

Svar från Levenger
We’re glad you chose Levenger for a gift. You’re right that having the gift card come to you first adds an extra step, and we know that’s not the most convenient part of the process. We send digital gift cards to the purchaser first as a security measure, but we appreciate the feedback and will share it with our team. We hope your family member enjoys the gift!
Great quality
The delivery and packaging and quality is great. I plan on giving some of the purchases for gifts.

Great idea. Poor execution.
Freewrite is a wonderful idea. The problem is in the execution. A product like this must put the writer first at every single touchpoint. Unfrortunately, too many time, too quickly, it's obvious they quickly pivoted from what was best for the customer to what was best for their bottom line. It's understandable, but a device built on helping writers has to do that above all else, and both the Freewrite Alpha and Travelers have too many glaring UI/UX, documentation, and tragically bad flaws to recommend.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. You’ve raised concerns across several parts of the Freewrite experience, including the interface, documentation, and overall usability, and we appreciate you being specific about where you feel the experience falls short. Feedback like this gives our team a better understanding of what matters to writers and where there is room to improve. We’ll make sure your comments are passed along to the team.

Exceptional product – an A4 option would make it perfect!
I absolutely LOVE my Levenger product! The quality is exceptional, it is beautifully made, and I genuinely enjoy using it. It has quickly become one of my favourite stationery products.
The only significant downside for me is that I cannot adjust or configure it properly for standard A4 paper size. Here in the UK and throughout Europe, A4 is the standard paper size and is used everywhere.
I really hope Levenger considers developing an A4-compatible or adjustable version in the future. I honestly believe this would make an already exceptional product even better and would make it much more attractive to customers across the UK and Europe.
I would absolutely buy an A4 version, and I’m sure many other European customers would too.
5 stars for the quality and concept — please bring us an A4 option! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
