Cheap quality, slow shipping
The bag I bought is flimsy, cheap material. The description made it out to be heavy fabric. It took 3 days for the company to ship the bag after I ordered it. I contacted customer service and they didn't seem to care that it hadn't shipped. For the price, the quality and customer service are severely lacking for this company.

Right Price at the Right Time
This purchase and the sale that set it in motion came at just the right time as I was looking for an item for a gift. While many specialty retailers have done away with catalogs I am glad you still do them. I enjoy them always and they often prompt me to come back and check you out online.
