After registering for event I realized…
After registering for event I realized I never got confirmation. I did a chat online and the support person helped identify I had mistyped email. He got corrected quickly and made sure I got confirmation.

I’m really sorry to hear about your frustrations when trying to secure your place for the Cambridge Half Marathon. I completely understand how disappointing it must have felt to get to the payment stage and then miss out.
Although it may have looked like the site crashed, the reason you weren’t able to continue was because tickets sold out during your booking process, not due to the website crashing. This year’s demand was unprecedented, and the event sold out in record time.
I know that doesn’t make the experience any less frustrating and we will certainly take your feedback on board for future launches.

Hanging payment processing and then kicked out of registration process for Cambridge Half
All the way through online registration for Cambridge 1/2 and then kicked out at payment processing stage….now sold out. Clearly unable to cope with moderate volumes.

The message you received can be confusing and it appears when tickets sell out during the booking process, which unfortunately means the system won’t let you continue. This wasn’t due to a system error or the site being unable to cope, but rather because demand for the event was unprecedented as it sold out in record time.

Contact Transparency
I had a question about my deferred entry into GnR2025.
It was not easy to find who to contact to ask my question. Having made contact via 2 different emails and been redirected both times I finally got a reply on my third try with a different email address.
It really needs to be easier to find contact details.
FAQ’s don’t always provide the correct answer and there are no telephone numbers advertised.

Another script kiddy nightmare
Trustworthy, but let down by the most unusable and not fit for purpose website their little script kiddies could develop. Every single race you enter requires you full life story (name/address/email/phone number/DOB/gender/race/next of kin/etc,etc,etc) to be re-entered for each event. There is no obvious option to save your personal details so they're auto filled for your next visit.
Need to change something before checkout? Tough luck, your punishment is to re-enter everything AGAIN.
I've had enough of this crap website, I'm now going to book though other online platforms.

However, if you’re logged into Let’s Do This, your basic details—such as name, email address, and postal address—are automatically saved and pre-filled in the booking form to save you time.
We’re also working on expanding the information saved in your account so that only event-specific details will need to be entered with each new booking. We hope this will make the process smoother in the near future.
