My skin has got so much from using this over past few years and customer service is so good as one of my orders got lost and they replaced it not a bother so quickly

Made my first purchase when my scalp psoriasis was so bad I was loosing my hair and patches were appearing on my face. Over the past 6 months, the patches on my face have gone, my scalp is improving daily and new hair growth is evident, the itch is largely gone. The largest patch of psoriasis, which is on my buttocks is no longer a constant itch and the build up is significantly reduced.

We had a terrible experience with this product. Our daughter suffers from psoriasis. It was in a mild form before taking Axis probiotics. After 5 weeks of probiotics her psoriasis spread like a wild fire. Even after she stopped taking this product, her skin never returned to an earlier stage. Her psoriasis is out of control now. This product cannot be used by psoriasis patients, at least not without a warning and close monitoring by a physician. I wish we never purchased it!

There has been a dramatic improvement in the psoriasis plaques. On most of my body the plaques are barely visible. It took several weeks for the full effect to show but with daily use my condition is better than it has been for over 50 years.

I have been taking this for over a year now. Initially worked very well and I noticed a big difference in my psoriasis. However , in the last 6 months I have noticed I am getting new flare ups and my existing patches are as red and angry as ever. I have been under alot of stress,lost my mother, which could be a contributing factor.
Tastes awful, is there any way you could add a flavour?

Almost psoriasis free with axisbiotix. Been on 225mg of Ciclosporin and other steroid to manage my psoriasis which I've had for 20 years. Now came off the meds 6 weeks ago and been using axisbiotix since then. Absolutely delighted as my skin is looking so much better

As ever this product has helped to control and improve my skin back to its natural appearance but I will continue to take it every day to continue my recovery

It's easy to take and it has really helped me get rid of the psoriasis that use to flare up on a regular basis.

Definitely seeing an improvement and milk allergies also seem to have dampened down.

I was prompted by Axisbiotix to leave a Trustpilot review about my experience but before leaving 1 star I shared my experience with info-at-axisbiotix.com to see if they would offer any reason not to. That was on January 31 and we have recieved nothing but a Support Request received automated response. So here is my 1 star review and my experience was as follows:

On January 20 I reached out through the contact form because we had a standing scheduled subscription delivered to our mailbox monthly but received an email in September about subscriptions being paused until October due to tariffs. The message said we didn't need to do anything but it also offered no timeline for resuming. We have had no supply since August.

On January 22 In response to the message I sent through the contact form I received an email reply from info-at-axisbiotix.com that said "I can confirm that we are now shipping orders to the US. If you would like to create a new subscription."

To a customer that has been paying for an annual subscription at a price that is barely sustainable, I find this to be poor communication and service. But I initiated the monthly delivery again, despite reservations.

Then, to make matters worse, on January 29 I received an email at 2:28pm that said "An attempt was made to deliver your parcel LA077663709GB from Startup Logistics. There didn't seem to be anyone in. *Please check the card that was left to confirm the collection/redelivery process for your parcel."

Other than running to the store between 10-11am I was at my desk the whole day not 10 feet from the door that would have been knocked on had they actually knocked. And my wife was here all day. There was no attempt to deliver, and no card was left at my door, nor was there any reason not to leave it the delivery in the mailbox as has been done for the past year.

We don't even know if this probiotic helps since we are also using other medications and haven't had any since August with no noticeable impact, I'm on the fence over discontinuing given the current struggle acquiring it.

UPDATE February 16 - After a few more emails back and forth with AxisBiotix, I now have an apology, an explanation of a technical issue and a refund of 20%. I'm bumping my 1 star review up to 3 for their customer service efforts.

I've been taking Axis Biotics for almost a year now and while it seems to help settle down my intestines (like other probiotics do), I have seen no significant improvements of my skin. My lifestyle is unchanged. I am not eating less healthy, drink more alcohol or sleep less than before.
