My 1st purchase from here and it won't be my last. Nothing was too much trouble and all my questions were answered completely and professionally. I know if I have any questions or problems about my purchase in the future I only have to give them a ring. Highly recommended.

Quick & Efficient
Ordered bike Christmas Eve on website. Collected bike the day after Boxing Day. Very straight forward and efficient collection of the bike with no hassle. Bike ready when they said it would be which was only a few days after I ordered it, and I got a call to say it was ready.

Cannondale Moterro carbon LT2 Bought at Leisure lakes bikes. Great service by the store and a great price. The only thing I can fault about the bike is the downgraded brakes, otherwise really happy.

Easy company to deal with, all staff I dealt with were very knowledgeable.
Price of MTB was very competitive.
Bike was pdi'd before collection and a free 6 weeks service/check over offered.

Excellent customer service
Extremely helpful, friendly and informative. With no clue about e-bikes their customer services skills were excellent and advice was brilliant. They took the time explaining options with regards to bike spec that suited my size.

Picked up a new bike today. Ran into a snag with the bike which was going to be expensive to get around. Staff there totally sorted us out even though they did not have to. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Couldn’t be happier
Couldn’t be more happier with my new bike. Kerrie went up and beyond to help me get the right bike.
Very good experience and everyone in the shop were very friendly. Would 100% recommend anyone to go get a bike or bike bits from them and I will definitely use them again.

Great Customer Service
Very helpful and friendly bunch. Helped sort a frame warranty for me. Couldnt be more grateful for their help and the workshop staff did a great job of building up my new frame.
