Bought a helmet, the size I actually ordered was too big. The guys in the shop were super helpful, helped me decide on the correct size and went above and beyond showing me different options in the size I needed

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. The tyre I ordered was out of stock; the company sent me one worth about twice as much at no additional cost. I will be putting all our business through them from now on!

Class service - nothing feels like too much bother as the staff ride and understand that the many reasons PUSH IRONS are important !
Took my bike in , the mechanics tried to fix dropper , couldn’t , just swapped it out for new - No quibble or questions ….

Bad staff
Always want to support a local bike shop, but there’s an older guy in there that’s customer service is just shocking.
Rude, dismissive, honestly the reason I won’t shop back there or recommend anyone else to go there because of the one guy.
The other lads are great, but honestly the one guy is just so bad I will be telling everyone to avoid

Trek marlin 8 gen 3, crinson red in large frame
Ordered the bike on finance throught leasure lakes leeds, the bike was delivered to the shop and fully built, ready for me to collect in 10 days, the staff was brilliant, went through everything i asked and completed the paperwork in 5mins. The bike was fully built to a high standard everything set up perfect. I will be taking the bike to the leeds shop everytime for service and the only shop i will deal with. (Im 6ft and large frame is perfect size)

Great place to go for your biking needs!
Great service in helping us select and size a new bike for our son as he'd outgrown his old one. Really helpful in sorting out a delivery time to our home in time for his birthday too. All round good experience dealing with helpful and knowledgeable team. Thanks.

Overall a good online and in store experience but room for improvement.
Excellent range of products and really good prices. I was able to take an item ordered on line back to a shop for a free return. The initial experience at the shop was very good with a member of staff who really took an interest in what I was trying to achieve. A subsequent visit was not a negative experince, but the staff seemed more focussed on their tasks rather than on helping me, hence a reduction to 4 stars.

Bike wasn't set up correctly
Bike wasn't set up correctly, gears not indexed. Hand over instructions terrible. I had to google everything. No help with saddle setup or suspension setup.

Despite the website saying the bike was "in stock", apparently it came via Germany! That said, the delay was only a week. Darn sight quicker than ordering a bike off Ribble, where the wait was five months! Anyway, the people at the Leeds Branch were a pleasure to deal with, and I therefore would recommend this company. Oh, and the bike, an electric Trek Domane, is fantastic!

Last Purchase with Leisure Lakes Bikes
No customer communication which led to a bad customer service experience. Had to chase them for delivery when my bike wasn't delivered when arranged. Told an item had been ordered when it hadn't.
Totally spoiled a luxury purchase experience. The manager couldn't even say sorry to me. Will not be buying from them again

Called in the shop excellent choice of products but didn’t have the specific items I wanted so ordered online from their website which has a fantastic choice of products and manufacturers the items ordered came the next week, I will be using them again soon
