Excellent customer service, particularly iain,I was kept upto date from start to finish even was contacted asking for my weight so they could set the bike up for me, the last 3 bikes iv bought from other companys arrived in a box. This arrived built and set up perfectly, thanks

Ordered bike online and was given a delivery time of 2 weeks. 3 days later the bike was ready to collect. Staff were friendly and helpful and the bike was excellent.

I went into the showroom to have a look at things i can't afford :)
i then got chatting to Kane, he was really helpful and informative. i ended up coming away with a Wahoo Kickr Bike and the level of service was amazing and tailored. nothing was too much and they even delivered the bike and assisted in getting it into place.

I recently ordered a bike from leisurelakesbikes.com, and it was ready and delivered within a few days, which was far quicker than I expected. Due to my proximity to their Daventry branch, leisurelakesbikes offered to fully assemble the bike and deliver it to my home, rather than sending the bike out via a delivery company in a box for me to then assemble. The delivery driver (Edd) was very friendly and helpful. He talked me through the Di2 system and made sure that I was happy with everything before leaving.

In conclusion, the speed of delivery and the service provided were both excellent. As such, I rate leisurelakesbikes as 5 stars and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a bicycle.

Bike arrived a few days earlier than expected. The person who delivered it set it up on a rack on the drive so I could see it properly. Talked me through the main features and set the seat height… he had even brought some alternative pedals for the bike for me to look at. Excellent service.
