Ordered a Lego set for someone coming out of hospital. Lego website mentioned small delays but 4 days later the item is still in warehouse.
Customer services blaming COVID, most other companies seen to have sorted out these issues after 12 months.
Don't buy from them, another large brand who don't give a damn about customers just taking orders and taking your money. Shop elsewhere if you need something quicker than 10 to 14 days. They are also quoting 4 day delivery times on top.

Ordered an expensive set from lego.co.uk
with advanced vip access yes i buy that much, the gift for vip access that was in my online order, was subsequently removed and not delivered.

Lego had no resolution could not rectify the issue and send what i had ordered, they also didnt care, they were flippent and just kept repeating it was on the terms and conditions.
This is all well and good, but when its in your order and you pay alot of money for it you expect it, you don't expect poor service from lego.
The options unhelpfully were send the item back or lump it.

not very good from a company such as lego, extremeley let down as a lego fan who will think twice about buying anymore now.

The website is easy to use and the ordering procedure is simple. I’ve bought several things from here with no problem. However, if you need to return something then it is a different story. Unlike most websites, you can’t simply return an unwanted item. You have to email them to say you want to make a return and someone will contact you with details of how to do it in 5 days. Frustratingly slow but ok, I emailed them. Nothing for 10 days so I tried contacting them through their Facebook and finally got a response and the return labels. Nothing since. I’ve returned the items, they have arrived in the warehouse and now I just have to wait until they have been sorted. I started this return process on 6th December, it’s now 16th January and I still don't have a refund. I have had no reply to my messages and there is no phone number to call. The Lego products are great but I would highly recommend you order through a different website because this website isn’t going to help you if anything goes wrong

I ordered a Lego set and received a pair of fake RayBan sunglasses instead. I tried to email the address on my order confirmation email but this failed. The website contact details don’t provide an email address . I think I have been scammed . I will apply to my credit card company for a refund.

Use Lego website all the time to buy gifts for my grandchildren.
Always a good service and always value for money.

Used them on numerous occasions and even on a few occasions when there have been issues with orders the customer service I’ve received has been above and beyond that expected. Also I’ve been compensated with extra VIP points when things have gone wrong which was amazing. I can’t rate this company high enough and would recommend them to anyone

I've never had an issue with Lego. Have had a couple of poor stock issues at stores but website is OK.

Scam artists take your money then cancel your order and then keep your money. Im in the process of having my bank recover the funds.
