I paid two months ago the invoice related to the keypad, yet I received an email from the finance manager threatening to disconnect the service. I believe the company should check their records thoroughly before sending such emails. A more professional approach would be to send a polite reminder first and, if no response is received, follow up with a final notice. This would ensure better communication and customer satisfaction.

Terrible service and they log in remotely to remove functionality and break the alarm AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful Expensive Service. I encourage you to shop around for alternatives.10 year customer, bespoke installation, and if could do it again from the start with someone else, I would. Waiting months, since January, for Maintainance works, invoices pre-paid for parts and service and nothing happens, its now April.
Fortunately I haven't had a fire or a break in.
