I was really impressed with how quickly Gemma responded and how efficiently she helped resolve the issue. I’d been paying a much higher direct debit than necessary, and Gemma promptly talked me through the options available going forward, as well as confirming a refund for the credit on my account.

After 7 phone calls and 6 emails Mike


After 7 phone calls and 6 emails Mike was the only one who sorted my problem out and managed to get the bottom of it, thanks again Mike a credit to the company.

Clear and helpful advice

I spoke to Michelle who was fabulous today on the call. She was able to explain my bill and usage and provided helpful tips on my usage and how to track this better. I had to phone up and speak to Leep regarding my account, I spoke to a lady called Michelle. Every time I speak to somebody at Leep you get a genuine person, somebody who is respectful, polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for these staff members. Michelle was professional courteous and incredibly helpful she was patient and kind regarding the issue and did her upmost to help nothing was too much trouble. Staff and Company alike deserve praise for their endeavours. So thank you, Michelle, and also to your coworkers.

Another good experience with Leep

Problem resolved quickly and easily

Phoned up Leep Utilities today, and spoke to a member of their customer support team called Mike, about a bill discrepancy.

Mike was incredibly helpful and got the issue resolved in a matter of minutes!

My first experience with Leep's customer service has been brilliant and would recommend!

Positive for Will only

I would like to leave a review for Will and our phonecall today but not Leep in general. Didn't really get anywhere via email but all resolved on the phone to Will today - very helpful and efficient. Leep in general are hard to deal with, bills are unclear, charges seem to be plucked out of thin air - it is unfortunate that buildings in Salford are forced to use this provider.
