I purchased a corset fire my wife as a present. Initial processing took approximately a week to ship, but once it shipped the corset arrived in California from the UK within a few days. My wife and I were very impressed with the quality of the corset and she can’t wait to wear it out. I would not hesitate to purchase other products from Leatherotics.

Purchased a posture correcter. Unfortunately the straps were not a good fit. I enquired whether it was possible to return and customise. They accepted the return and made a custom size to order. Very helpful and good quality products this time and previously. Occasionally Email responses a little slow but I guess a small company working hard through the current challenges.

I asked Leatherotics to make me a custom-fit pair of shorts. Quick to respond I was given a form of easy measurements for me to take to send them, and I also asked if it were okay for me to send some like-fitting shorts so that the fit could be as similar to them as possible. They let me do this and went above and beyond in making me the perfect-fit shorts. I chose them because I recall how excellent they were in making me a custom-fit jacket years ago. I will definitely be only choosing them for all my leather garments from now on. Super helpful, friendly, and patient!

I ordered their pirate coat to be custom fitted to my measurements and I was not at all disappointed. They made contact to get a detailed set of measurements from me within a day, and when the coat arrived within the week, it fit perfectly and was of exceptionally high quality. Really can't think of a bad word to say about them!

Ordered a pair of leggings from Leatherotics and although they didn't work out for me, the customer service was good. They answered my phone calls, informed me of how to return the item, and refunded quickly. Overall smooth and good experience. I'm just sad I couldn't enjoy the leggings.

Having bought before from Leatherotics we returned again when looking to add to our leather wardrobe, Ash was so helpful and answered all our question before we ordered, when the Corset arrived it was fabulous, so soft and well made it is a pleasure to buy from these guys.....Awesome

Ordered what was to be my very first corset on 25/11, expecting 2-3 days as per their website. Two weeks later I messaged asking when it would be dispatched, they said sorry, tomorrow. You’ll have a tracking number asap. 10/12 I sent another message which was ignored. Well on 13/12 I still had no tracking number, no movement on my corset so I opened a paypal dispute.

Suddenly I have a message saying my item was sent to the wrong customer?!?! Like how?!!! Then a reply from my paypal dispute asking for the ref number and still… no corset. No tracking number. Nothing.

At this point I don’t want the corset, I just want my money back.

(Corset story quickly sent out my very first corset now, it fits beautifully and their customer service is top notch!)

ETA: corset arrived damaged, satin in blemished and the lace cords are frayed. I believe my address and details were given to the customer my corset was wrongly sent to as the address was handwritten, and the package contained no delivery note

Amazing customer service, great products! You can really feel the quality of it, hand made products, beautiful designs. The made to measure service is also perfect and they really help you to go through it, they advise you and they're so kind to you, helpful and thoughtfull. I really advise every leather lover and anyone who wishes to purchase gorgeous leather clothes to go to Leatherotics. I'm forever grateful I've trust them for my clothes. They dont send the product i ordered 2months ago. They dont answer my messages. They dont refund me.

I ordered leather corset, i absolutely love it! Leather is so soft and🤗 its a bit of a chalange to get gribs off metal stud fastening, but when its on looks extremely sexy😍

Bought the entire outfit for our Steampunk wedding. It was perfect. Very well made, Seller was helpful with sizing and very accommodating with my requests and the timing we needed for a rush order. Highly recommended!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve encountered. My initial contact was to request express shipping - this email was answered almost immediately. Since I made an additional payment, I have had no response to numerous emails, phone calls, and even as a last resort, Instagram comments.

I received an automated email to say my order had shipped, but my requests for shipping/tracking information have been ignored. My order has failed to arrive by the ‘guaranteed’ delivery date, for which I paid a substantially higher rate.

It would appear that the second this company has your money, it does not care. I have no doubt that the items are of reasonable quality, which is how they have a high rating here, but if you require any kind of assistance or even an ounce of customer support, do not hold your breath!

Whilst this company refuses to acknowledge it did anything wrong, I would like to add the following:

I was told I was purchasing GUARANTEED delivery. This was not the case. They purchased UPS Standard delivery which only offers an expected delivery date, not guaranteed.

The company claims it refunded my postage. It didn’t. The additional payment I made didn’t actually go through because they provided me with incorrect payment details.

After making the payment, the company ignored all of my calls and texts, UNTIL I posted this review, then they were magically available to respond.

Following my items arrival, I was TOLD by this company to remove my review. Not asked, told. When I refused, they attempted, unsuccessfully, to have it taken down.

The correspondence I received from ‘Ash’ was rude, arrogant and completely unprofessional. He told me he didn’t care what I had to say. He also advised that he had blocked ‘lots’ of customers from eBay, (which should give an indication of how many disputed/unhappy customers are out there). You don’t need to worry about blocking me Ash, I won’t be using your company again, and I would advise anyone else considering it not to.

At no point have I said I was ‘pleased’ with the quality of the item, nor have I been offered a refund or refused to send the item back. However, I wouldn’t do so as I do not trust this company to actually refund my money, frankly I would rather throw it in the trash and move on.

Whilst they say the tracking information was updated on ‘the web’, they have been unable or unwilling to state exactly where. I do not have an account to log into, so did not receive any such information, despite requesting it.

I really wish I could share the entire email string so that all could see how truly abysmal this company is to deal with.

COVID 19 and lockdowns have been challenging for all of us and especially for businesses. We experienced an issue with our order and subsequently had some communication challenges through phones and email. As soon as the issue was identified Leatherotics quickly stepped up to solve the problems and deliver an excellent product and customer experience. No fuss, no issues, just solid service in difficult circumstances. Will definitely be using them again for our next custom work.
