Leatherotics is a lovely company to purchase from and the great quality of their products never disappoints. Similar quality elsewhere would cost far more. I've bought more skirts and corsets from them now than I can justify owning, but they really are all lovely 😍

I'm going the extra mile with this review because I sincerely think this small company deserves to thrive. Like any similar business there are occasional delays and hiccups, but I have always found these easy to resolve through their customer service operation, which offers a very personal, friendly and willing approach. Almost all the time this has been unnecessary anyway as the order was received promptly and without issue

Most importantly, the design, the materials, the fit and the quality is, imho, unsurpassed in this price range. Highly recommended 👌

I've been a regular and loyal customer now for a number of years.. Why?... Because the products are absolutely fantastic!! First class quality, not cheap and inferior leather here.

I work with Ash, who is always beyond amazing and helpful. Ever present and responsive to my messages and requests for new items.

I've had no issues with deliveries or lead times, even during busy periods; although I'm also perhaps more patient, knowing that when the products arrive; they will be stunning and fitting beautifully.

Ordered a leather tie in the long version. Asked them, whilst sending the item not to fold but to roll the tie. Perfect. Soft leather and beautifully made. Off on a trip and needed it urgently and it arrived bang on time. Super 5* service. Thank you

Placed the order with Leatherotics after long time and I am very pleased with the Top quality leather they use. I order the same leather jeans again but in a smaller size. very fast delivery and the same price which I paid 5 years ago, very happy

Im so disappointed. I have been a customer of Leatherotics for many years and love the quality of their product. I placed an order on 15th February and had no update on my order until i reached out to them on 3rd March. At this point me, they told me that my order had to be made as it was unavailable. when they were made aware of this, they should have offered me a immediate refund. Instead, here i am waiting for any kind of update on my order and my Saturday night outfit is ruined.

We had this skirt made to measure , it came and it is amazing, fits perfect and lovely soft leather

Ich habe ein Korsett bestellt. Leider passt dieses nicht und ist somit unbrauchbar für mich.Die Rücksendung artet in Arbeit und Kosten aus, da das Unternehmen auf einen Versand mit Trackingnummer besteht. Unternehmen stellt kein Retourenlabel aus trotz meines Angebots dies auch zu bezahlen. Beim Ausfüllen der Retour bei DHL stösst man dann auf weitere Herausforderungen wie zB die Zollerklärung usw, wo man als Leihe nur hoffen kann alles richtig auszufüllen. Kontakt mit Unternehmen per email ist vorhanden aber hilft keineswegs weiter. Man bleibt auf den Kosten und der Arbeit hängen. Im Endeffekt habe ich mich dafür entschieden das Produkt nicht zurückzuschicken, weil die Resterstattung weit unter dem liegt was letztendlich bezahlt wurde inklusive Rücksendung.
Keine Empfehlung meinerseits in diesem Shop zu kaufen. Schade!

COMPLETELY IGNORING MY MESSAGES 2ND TIME IN A MONTH IVE ORDERED AND IT TAKES THEM A LIFETIME TO DISPACTH ANYTHING , QUICK ENOUGH TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE , THE DELIVERY ESTIMATE IS COMPLETELY FALSE THEY MAKE EXCUSES UP EVERYTIME SIZING ISSUES ETC EVEN ON STANDARD SIZE ORDERS (NOT MADE TO MEASURE) ITS A SHAME AS THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GOOD THEY ARE JUST LAZY AND FAIL TO MEET STANDARDS SET OUT BY THEMSELVES ORDER #219216

I ordered first from Leatherotics back in 2020, and been always delighted since.
The clothes are top quality, the leather is soft, the lining well sewn, the designs great. When I had an issue it was easy to reach out to the customer service and get an exchange.
I truly believe they are the number one in the market for Leather clothes and corsets, such quality for such a price, it defies all.
So yeah, if you need a leather corset, a true, authentic corset which will give you a dreamy shape you can order you eyes closed here (or ask them for advice when it comes to size of course)

I am not usually someone who writes reviews but I wanted to share that the quality of this corset is very good. The leather is thick and smooth, the stitching is straight, and it fits comfortably. The sizing chart was correct for me. I would purchase again.

Fantastic British company. I can only give them 5 stars review, Leatherotic products are very high quality with reasonable price. Also their garments have an amazing cut, very flattering design. Their customer service is very helpful & responsive. I’ve been using them for years and I can only highly recommend them.

Brilliant customer service ,I ordered a made to measure item , I was slightly hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure how I was going to get the correct measurements across. Leatherotics customer service was amazing and help me through the whole process.

I have bought from this company twice now. Both times the leather felt great and the fit worked right out of the box. The packaging is simple but careful. You can tell they care about the product more than fancy wrapping. Good experience every time.

Update to include a response to your reply;
I'm saddened that it's quicker to get a reply here than via email. It is however good to know I can return for a full refund. Will you honour refunding my entire order (if I return it all to you) since it was your delay that meant the items were unusable by me in the way I intended? It may be worth you updating your shipping information to reflect how long it will take for items to arrive. You'll note from previous reviews that this is a consistent problem. I order from other companies with long shipping but my expectations are managed at the outset and so it isn't a problem. I chose your site on the basis that you say you can deliver more quickly, which appears not to be the case.
I ordered 2 corsets and a skirt for a specific event. I checked the company stated postal times and I had plenty of grace time. The 2 corsets arrived fairly quickly but the skirt has only now arrived, 20 days after I placed my order. The company claim it was out of stock when I ordered and they had to make another. I prompted a few days ago and didn't receive a reply to my email questions, save for a tracking number, which didn't work when I put it in the Royal Mail app. I emailed again and was ignored, but the item has now at least turned up. The items themselves are not bad, but I would never risk ordering from this company again due to poor communication, a failure to deliver items as stated on their website and a returns policy which means I now have items for an event which has since passed (effectively useless to me). It's a shame as the items are nice, but as they're fairly expensive, I'd be expecting more. No doubt the company will reply to me here, reading through other reviews, I would suggest their time would be better spent replying to customers who have emailed them, rather than trying to save face on Trustpilot.
