I visited Worcester Branch who were unable to help me but helped me find a product in the website in Hereford.

Fantastic experience with LCE purchasing my canon R6 mkii. Really fast delivery from the Worcester store (which came incredibly well packaged) and at a very competitive price. New and all sealed as described with a canon warranty and cashback. Great experience and would buy from again.

Wish I'd caught his name, but can I here praise the young guy at the Worcester branch this afternoon? I dropped in during the stores busy afternoon seeking only advice. I made clear I was not in to buy anything that day and he gladly explained more than I needed to know. I was impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm and succinct helpfulness.
I was asking about the feasibility of fitting a x4 to x16 zoom lens to a DJI Action camera. He explained the technical challenges and the probability of success very well. He also helped me set a budget for what is an experimental project. I will be buying a proper zoom on a proper video camera for proper money some day. For certain shots, I will be low budget "McGuyvering" one of my DJI Action cams as a make do until that day.
Our conversation took about four or five minutes. I never felt lost or patronised. If anything, his enthusiasm had me feeling excited. He did make it clear from the start that I would be risking my DJI warranty if I tried this. I'll be trying it with the one that's out of warranty anyway.

Arrived promptly, well packaged and exactly what I was looking for.

What I agreed to buy was not what it was claimed to be, they were not helpful when I rang to tell them and I then had to send it back for a refund at my expense at a cost of £5.49 plus milage. In short at a cost which should not have been necessary had the item actually been as listed. I also sent it back by Royal Mail signed for with Tracking. It arrived back with them 6 days ago, but I have heard nothing further. Not good.

The lens arrived quicky and was well packaged.
Very pleased with the lens, the condition was as described and the price was good.

The lens arrived quickly and seems to be in good condition. Since I'm using it on an analogue camera, the porof will be when I develop the film. Very pleased so far.
