Clifton Cameras had a Swarovski In Store Day with advertised exclusive offers on the day. I called before-hand and asked for an idea of what the offers might be. I was told that, at the time of calling (just 2 days beforehand), they did not know what the offers would be. Nevertheless, they undertook to return my call as soon as the offers were known - which may have been as late as the In Store Day itself. I never received a call. This is disappointing customer service towards someone looking to spend a lot of money.

Superb service, I would highly recommend.

Really looked after by all the staff at Cliftons & the Swarovski rep too.
Tried out Swarovski Bino's & Spotting Scopes etc discussing various views based on both sides thoughts.
Great help & assistance from a really professional set up.

I was apprehensive about moving from DSLR to Mirrorless, primarily caused by age-related issues telling me to reduce the weight of my kit!
I checked options within my budget on the Clifton Cameras website, plus reviews and a blog written after they’d tested the kit I’d identified before emailing for advice.
Safia quickly replied, agreeing the kit I was considering was a good choice and one that would suit my circumstances and photography interests.
She also advised on the correct interface cable and lens hood and suggested that some of the generic ones on the market (rather than the more expensive branded ones) made good economic sense.
Purchasing online was simple, as was arranging payment.
Safia also telephoned the next morning to ask if I needed any further assistance as my kit was being dispatched later that day.
It was delivered the following day at the time indicated by the courier and using secure means.
It’s easy to leave reviews for companies immediately after a purchase (and usually at their own prompting), but I prefer to wait a short while to test delivery and to feel comfortable with a company should I need any after-sales assistance. Will a company be there for you if you need advice or have a problem?
It’s becoming increasingly difficult nowadays to find customer-centric companies staffed by empathetic, helpful and knowledgeable individuals, but Clifton Cameras fits the bill. And as I’ll be purchasing another lens for my new kit in the future, Clifton Cameras will be my company of choice.

I've bought a lot of high end gear from Clifton over the years and they've always treated me well. Today, Will was no exception and went above and beyond to help me help with price matching and quickly resolving a software glitch when checking out.

I really enjoyed going on this photowalk at Bourton on the Water with Clifton Cameras and Fujifilm. The day was relaxed and informative and there was a whole wide range of Fujifilm equipment available to try out! I spent the whole day shooting with a wide variety of lenses that I wanted to try out on my camera, and it has really helped to shape my ideas for what I want to buy next. It is interesting that the lens I was most thinking of is not actually the one I will buy now that I have tried it! It is so good that Clifton are offering this practical hands on experience in the field - they are definitely the ones I go to for advice about my photography choices! Thank you Clifton!

I purchased a lens on a Friday at a great price. The listing stated that the store was awaiting stock and that I could take up to 5 business days to recieve the item. For the price I felt like that was very reasonable.
Saturday rolled around and I had a phone call from a lovely lady who just wanted to make sure that I was aware of the delay, on a Saturday of all days... this kind of service is unheard of. The lady told me that she couldn't do anything until monday and I had no issues with that at all.
Sunday rolled around and I'm not sure what happened, but I had an email to say that DPD already had my parcel and they were planning to deliver it next day. Surley enough Monday rolled around and it was at my door, around mid day! What service! I can see why the trustpilot score is so high.

Recently bought a telescope with Clifton Cameras. Arrived within a couple of days, as stated. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the equipment. But the prompt resolution and contact from the store to keep me updated was very much appreciated. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I found Clifton Cameras through their partnership with the Centre of Aviation Photography (COAP) Online. I’ve since bought from them a few times, both in person and online. Every time the service has been excellent.

Most recently, I upgraded to the OM System OM-1 Mark II. In the aviation photography genre, generic product specification pages don't tell the whole story. Nor does holding the camera in the store. It really helped to discuss the experience that Aled (who looked after my order) had while shooting with the same camera I was about to buy. No one else is doing this for the aviation market, and it makes a huge difference because manufacturers generally don’t show many aviation test images either.

I also had to make an enquiry to their sales team for a copy of my sales receipt. They were more than helpful and responsive, so I could easily claim the manufacturer's cashback.

If you are an aviation photographer looking for a retailer who understands the specific needs of our niche, then the Clifton Cameras team are the people to talk to.

After meetingg Aled from Clifton cameras through COAP online, we discussed about upgrading to mirrorless.
I sent email through to make contact at later date, and was called back to discuss options. Quotes was then sent through at a very competitive level. I decided to go through with Clifton Cameras, and couldn’t the level of communication and level of service received.
After service I’ve received I won’t be buying from anywhere else in future. Great collaboration between COAP and Clifton Cameras

Communication was excellent during a long awaited (delayed) delivery from Fujinon. Only a slight mix up over stock availability stopped me giving a 5 star review. I’m delighted with the Binoculars supplied, which were quickly delivered once received, and well packaged. Great company!

Ordered Leofoto Summit LM-404CL tripod, a special-order item, from Clifton Cameras. Their price was excellent, I was kept updated on delivery, receipt of item was timely. I have no hesitation in assuring Clifton Cameras of my future patronage.
