Stellar Service at London Camera Exchange, Nottingham Branch
I recently made a pre-order through London Camera Exchange (LCE), and I must single out the Nottingham branch staff for their truly excellent service. They are a brilliant example of how a retail team should operate.
When I needed to follow up on my pre-order, I called the Nottingham store. The staff member who answered was incredibly helpful and friendly. They addressed all of my questions clearly, providing detailed and concise information regarding the order status and expected timelines. Their clarity and professionalism made the entire process seamless and reassuring.
The team's great attitude and expertise make the whole experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend the Nottingham branch of the London Camera Exchange to absolutely everyone looking for equipment. Their staff are topnotch

Excellent Service. Bought a Sigma telephoto lens. The price was the best available from a reputable supplier, it was well packaged and delivered by a quality courier so it actually arrived on exactly when it was scheduled to come (unlike some businesses that try to save a bit of money on delivery and use a rubbish courier). Would definitely use again.
