London Camera Exchange - Gloucester Omdömen 

I would just like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you for my experience at London Camera Exchange (Gloucester) on Saturday.
Derek and the team could not have been more helpful and welcoming if they tried.
I bought a used Nikon lens at a really competitive price and in first rate condition. They gave me a really good deal on my part-ex equipment too.
This has to be one of my best shopping experiences in a very long time, enough to prompt me into writing a review.

Over the moon on purchase of my celestron spotting scope Simon in Gloucester was very helpful and i got it in 2days no fuss

I went into the Gloucester branch to have photographs taken for a visa. I had been having trouble uploading passport photos to apply for visas for a specific country, but the size required varied and it kept being rejected. My last thoughts was going into LCE. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, but also keen to discover, where their expertise was exhausted. They persevered in helping us, by adjusting the size of the photos and telling me to try the upload again and again. I was there for almost an hour and they wanted to make sure it was all submitted, before I paid for the photos! Jake and Chris are a credit to the branch and Ill always know where to go for their techy help! Much appreciated guys!

Package arrived damaged and contents weren't as anticipated which was due to a poor image on the website

Great information from all the staff, sorted out the correct lens for my camera and took the time to explain why it was the right one.

They do not let their carrier leave anything with your neighbour, or collect elsewhere. You have to be at home, end of. So, if you work... forget ordering from them, uless want to waste your paid holidays on getting the delivery. Try to be helpful and refunded me O.K. but I'd give them a wide berth... Sorry guys!

P.S. I had a courtesy phone call from them saying they are working on it... Good luck.

I visited your shop in Oxford and got some very helpful advice on buying a DSLR. Nothing suitable was in stock, so I checked your website, and found what I wanted in Gloucester. A conversation with Simon there, and I bought a Nikon D750 and a lens, delivered next day. I will definitely be back to shop again or just to ask for advice.
