Another easy and good transaction. I had a couple of queries about the camera I was to buy and a quick phone call provided the answers I needed. A pleasure to do business with LCE (again!).

Item as described (if not better !) V prompt, safe delivery by courier. There’s not much else to say except…

…one suggestion: hopefully LCE can move to using more environmentally friendly packaging …lots of foam in the very large box…. I think many dealers have now gone to paper / shredded card for packaging.

So 5 stars for the item itself, and for LCE’s customer service, but I’m knocking one off for the packaging. On one hand I feel a bit mean… on the other I do think it’s an important point.

Visited LCE today to have a look at options for Canon mirrorless cameras and asked Mark, a very welcoming and informative customer assistant, lots of questions to help me decide what was best for me as a consumer. Phoned up requesting more information on a Nikon 70-200mm lens, asking if a lens case was included. The colleague wasn’t sure so he said wait and I will find out talking to me while he went looking. Then explained that it was like new and the strap was still sealed and new. The lens when I received it was I would say even better than described.
