I ordered the keyboard first it arrived took 5to6 business days.after i fixed it. it did not work my led back-light key board. it seems like they robbed my money for the laptop part.this company is selling the parts that dont work on your laptop after fixing it.

Sham of a company, ordered a battery, they provided no tracking details and claimed the courier had lost the item. They then stopped responding to emails. DO NOT USE!

Wanted me to send faulty item back to…
Wanted me to send faulty item back to China before they would send me a new one. I didn't buy the item from China so didn't really see this as my job to do. I had to buy another charger from a local shop as I couldn't wait the length of time sending back to China would have taken as I had job applications saved on my laptop. AVOID USING.

item never arrived, they kept claiming it was delivered to me but Yodel themselves confirmed it was with them. Still trying to resolve the issue. DO NOT buy from here, and customer service is TERRIBLE!

Great experience buying from here. Only place I was able to find a brand new exact replacement for my laptop powercord. They double checked I had ordered the right cord, and shipped it extremely quickly, it arrived within 48 hours. Very happy with this company

First battery didn't work - the saga
First battery didn't work. They promised a second. I waited a week but nothing came. I emailed and magically they were just sending it out. It didn't work. The situation was that they were sending out a generic "one battery fits multiple models" battery, in spite of the fact that their ad showed specifically the exact battery I needed. Eventually, they suggested that they should replace the second battery with the exact number I ordered - duh! I waited over a week - no battery. I contacted them and they had sent out the one they were going to send to me to someone else, but they would soon send me another replacement. At this point, I lost my trust in them and cancelled. I found I could get the battery installed by a local dealer and tested for ten dollars more. This was my experience with laptopparts Canada
