Scam Company - do not use
I ordered a perfume Advent Calendar on 4/11/25. Paid AUD $73. Emailed them and they responded saying it had cleared Customs on 27/11/25 and that I would receive it soon. Nothing has arrived and my email sent 2 days ago came back saying it couldn't connect to Laco Shop. Definitely a Scam; scumbags.

I ordered a perfume advent calendar and the tracking says it’s been delivered even though it hasn’t. I ordered through an advert on Tik Tok shop. Be really careful ordering third party through Tik Tok, it’s full of scammers. Really disappointed and I’ve lost £40. No proof of delivery or anything
