I ordered 2 advent perfume Calanders on the 17/11/2025 and then ordered a third one a day later excited to give these to my children. LACOSHOP took the payment straight away, but nothing has arrived. I have tried to contact them and unfortunately have not been successful.
I have now put a dispute in with ANZ to try and retrieve my money and take legal action against this company. ANZ have advised me today via mail they didn't have enough information and closed the case.
Since receiving 2 letters today from ANZ stating this, I have now called ANZ back today to try and appeal this discission and try to stop the public getting scammed any further . Sharon

I would give no stars. Ordered in October no sign of any delivery even though Laco, Jack Lee replied saying item on way express delivery. Have requested full refund. Will follow up.

I ordered a squishmallow advent calendar in October after following an Instagram link, and had tracking information, although all in Chinese. I received an email to say it had been delivered, when it clearly hadn’t. I emailed the company and got some replies off someone called Jack Lee who said it was a missing parcel and would send another one out express delivery. Still not received anything and now “Jack” isn’t replying to any of my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I’ve got a very upset daughter who never received the advent she chose. Total scumbags!!!
