Heather understood our requirements for this holiday. The itinerary was put together very well and any amendments were quickly made. I was very pleased with the service and choice of accommodation that was made. Just hope we will be able to park the motor home on route.

My husband and I never usually use tour operators, preferring to book everything directly ourselves. However, after a busy period of house renovations, we decided to use a tour operator as we wanted everything to run smoothly and without any worries. We chose Kuoni and, after speaking to an operator on the phone, paid in full for a holiday to Sorrento. The only slight issue was that we might not get our room of choice but we would be notified within a few days about this. The following day, we were told that there was no availability at all in the hotel - we had, effectively, paid in full for a holiday that didn’t exist! As we had booked leave from work, dog care, etc. in conjunction with booking the holiday, this caused huge stress to us. Kuoni did work hard to sort things and have managed to find us another hotel, which is a relief. However, I cannot believe that they sold us a holiday that wasn’t available. We had a couple of days of huge worry and stress which is not what we expected on booking with Kuoni.

From the very beginning, nothing was ever too much trouble. Melissa was incredibly patient, genuinely interested in us as a couple and took the time to really listen to what we wanted. When things didn’t quite go to plan, she came up with a wildcard that turned out to be absolutely perfect for us.

Communication is really important to me and Melissa was fantastic. She kept us updated, called to touch base and always followed things through. Even when she was out of the office, she made sure her manager Sharna kept in touch, who was also incredibly helpful.

We have gone beyond our original budget, but this is such a special holiday for us and we know it is going to be everything we dreamed of.

This is the second holiday I have booked with Kuoni in Edinburgh and as always the service was superb. Catrina certainly knows her stuff and the suggestions she makes are excellent. I think because Catrina has first hand knowledge of the countries and hotels her recommendations are always on point and the booking service is seamless. I would not hesitate to recommend kuoni as they are simply the best!

My husband and I popped into the Kuoni branch in Reading where a delightful lady looked after us. We spent a good two hours with her, which went in a flash, and she was very thorough and came up with excellent ideas. We knew roughly what we wanted but came away with all sorts of ideas and decided there and then to pay a deposit to confirm the booking.

Gemma the travel consultant knew the destination and all the things to consider when booking a holiday there. Once we agreed what we wanted, Gemma seamlessly put it together and after a little time to make sure it was exactly right, Gemma got us booked up. Helpful all the way.

As older travellers we had been sold holidays that had not been suitable for our requirements in the past. Scott listened carefully to our needs, discussed them at length with us and clearly understood what we were looking for. He sent us his proposal very promptly for a 10 day tour of New Zealand which covered the places we wanted to see and some we had never thought of. It was a well considered and exciting proposal and within our budget. He gave us confidence in his recommendations as he told us he had lived in NZ for some time.
We had several questions regarding accessibility, stopovers and visa and he was obviously very knowledgeable about his subject. He explained clearly about the payment stages and when we could expect our paperwork to be sent. The whole process was stress free and we feel confident that we will have a wonderful holiday of a lifetime

Great service from Kuoni

After only 3 days in the Maldives, recent problems in the Middle East meant that all flights (including ours) were cancelled. Etihad were of no help and could only advise us to contact our agent. Kuoni on the other hand, couldn’t have been more proactive in ensuring we were able to return home; booking emergency flights and hotel accommodation even while we were in mid flight which had been delayed sufficiently to miss our connecting flight. Their communication during this period was first class and as a result I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would definitely use their services again.

Sara was and is brilliant…. Knowledgeable without being over bearing…. Taylor helped with our earlier trip to India and that was perfect hence we returned to look at a safari which Sara helped with…. And for go good measure we are heading back to India too… great people
