Just feels like lots of excuses and seem to hold on to the compensation for as long as they can.

I was contacted by this company or another company that works for them shortly after my accident .
I was told that I would be paid the full compensation amount .
when receiving a breakdown of the costs which didn't seem accurate to what people were receiving online for similar accidents Plus it worked out that they had taken 60 to 70% of my compensation.
I wrote a review on the day of receipt of receiving the breakdown they told me to remove the review and they would give me an extra hundred pounds which I thought was kind unprofessional if you ask me so I removed the review from Google got my hundred pounds and popped it back up as there was no legal binding contract lol two can play at that game .
still a bit ticked off that they got all that money out of me for doing no work apart from providing me with a doctor I believe I received £ 170 compensation

Be very cautious about using Kudos Legal. They use a third party Marketing Agency called Caezar Group LTD. I received a call from Caezar Group shortly after my accident. They advised that all costs would be recovered from the Third Party Insurers. This was confirmed by the Caezar Group advisor and all her Team Manager. Now I have received notification from Kudos Legal that they will be taking almost 50% of my compensation. Now seeking independent legal advice regarding this. Kudos Legal refusing to provide the call recording where it was stated about the charges being recovered from the Third Party Insurers.
AVOID CAEZAR GROUP AND KUDOS LEGAL at all expense!

The worst company to go with. Communication is terrible. They do not care for their clients. Using this company I have ended up worse off than before. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely rubbish no emails no communication at all don’t use going to get another solicitor involved very suspicious please don’t use my crash was December still not sorted as yet

Doesn't reply to emails, gives times/days to call when on annual leave, makes excuses, the admin know nothing and are as much use as a chocolate tea pot. They move goal posts as a law firm and are not helpful at all.

Lack of empathy. I am going through a simple accident claim with Kudos where the 3rd party has accepted liability however the communication with Kudos has been terrible. To put it in perspective this has been going on for 1 year now andif i don't contact Kudos for an update then i don't hear from them as i didn't for over 6 months!! There systems always seem to be down and overall they seem like they simply just don't care. I wish i didn't choose this company to represent me as they are doing a poor job with still no result. The staff have never been rude to me but honestly sound like they don't want to be working there and never seem to understand whats going on and have never been helpful to me.

Charging 40% of your compensation plus legal charges, when the maximum to be charged is 25% set by the Ministry of Justice.
On top of that they charge a fee for an ATE policy which is NOT mentioned at all in their agreement

They take over 57% of your compensation.

Only went with them as this was the first time I had ever had an accident, at first I thought they were part of my insurance company when they contacted me. By the time I realised they were not, it was too late as I would have been charged by them

Take over a week to answer any emails, never giving proper figures at any point when asked what their fees would be.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY AT ALL
