i called DDP Liverpoolfor advise and to take them on this was a week ago and no one has got back to me all l had was the guy l sooke to who was obviously listening to the TV as thats what l could hear . Very unproffessional and since looking at the rewiews from others l see l have had a lucky escape with not usinng them.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and communication from this firm.
I initially contacted them and was assured that someone would call me back on a specified date. That call never came. Weeks passed with no contact whatsoever.
After chasing them myself, Aidan eventually responded to my email and requested further documentation. I promptly supplied everything asked for, including correspondence from my MP and written confirmation from the CPS admitting failings. Despite complying fully and without delay, I have since been met with complete silence.
Multiple follow-up emails have been ignored. No update, no acknowledgment, no courtesy response. Yet my MP has discussed this in house of commons due to the severity of the failings.
If the firm did not wish to take on my case, that would have been entirely acceptable. What is not acceptable is ignoring a potential client after requesting sensitive documentation and raising expectations of assistance. The lack of communication is unprofessional, discourteous, and reflects very poorly on the firm’s standards.
Personally, after reading others reviews who ahs been ignored too. I wouldnt recommend DPP law!

Their response was that they didn't have someone contact them under my name they won't have as I was contacting them on behalf of my daughter. Which makes no difference they did not respond.

Sent in my complex case which they could not help with but received a prompt, professional and helpful reply.

Called a week ago to the Birmingham office. I was promised a call from Aiden for the following day by his colleague, who answered the phone. No response. I sent in a web enquiry form, but received no response. I called last week and spoke to someone named Zoe, again, no response . If you are looking for a response to a request for a service, don't bother

Despite the promise of a follow up phone call from the person at DPP, it never happened so they aren't even following up on promises made. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

No one should be victimised by police forces. The aftermath can leave any of us feeling worthless and traumatised and I thank god for have been represented by such an amazing law firm. Aidan my solicitor held them accountable for their unlawful actions against me and he did it in a very humane and professional way I will always ve grateful to him and the firm.

I was with another Firm who never called me back when promised or replied to emails which is highly unprofessional and upsetting when you have legal proceedings pending.
DPP were excellent took over and got the job done and their advice on potential sentence/outcome was to the the point and they had my best intentions at heart unlike the previous company I’d paid!
Please do not hesitate to use DPP as they are very Client focused, understand the situation and do the best for clients which is what you need in highly stressful situations.

This firm is complicit in a dangerous game linked to corrupt police practices, exploiting vulnerable clients, and undermining justice. They fail to deliver, mislead, and abuse their position to cover up wrongdoing. Their negligence is intentional, their ties to power are suspect, and they are actively harming people.

These people are a threat to the public and should be investigated and shut down. Don’t risk your future with them. Run before they ruin your life too.

Not fit for purpose as they advertise for action against the police but do not take on complex corruption cases. The reason why they all support the police and are very very bias. SRA who regulates solicitors is set up by our government which is the same government who set up the police force so therefore there is a conflict of interest. No wonder all firms offering action against the police are so bias.

I have made a list of these firms and I will never use or recommend these firms to anyone.

These solicitors for a pay check will throw there own client under the bus to protect criminal police officers. Either way they get paid so they do not care, same as hillsborough saga which cost the tax payer over £60 million over 25 years disputing in legal battles. Hillsborough victims lost all cases as no one has been convicted. Corrupt judges/ corrupt solicitors/barristers, corrupt police got filthy rich because the tax payer funded these cases. This was a money laundering operation whilst these public servants stole our money from the public purse and the victims still never received justice after nearly 30 years of disputes.

This proves our legal system is not fit for purpose. Neither is the government who allow this multi million pound fraud to continue against the victims for over 25 years. There is no democracy in England!

Was hung up on when told they don’t deal with housing enquiries.
A little kindness can make a huge difference to a potential client in distress!

* Danger warning * this firm is a danger to the public and should not be operating or anywhere near the public and definitely should not be approached and should be investigated prosecuted for conspiracy to defraud and dishonesty and discrimination and all its victims called back as witnesses.
* its purpose from my experience with them is very very Chady type met police death cult secret trap firm. and it has now been confirmed that they are.

I don't believe they're solicitors, just an intermediary/sub-contractor. Be careful when supplying your personal information and Data etc.

I believe this business is an independent company that insists on you sending your personal Data and legal bundle regarding the incident/matter you wish to sue for who then instruct an independent firm of solicitors to act on your behalf. Something you could do yourself. DPP then in return receive a percentage of the monies awarded to you or a fixed sum from their preferred/ instructed firm of solicitors.

No, DPP, it is not legal for the police to completely ignore all the evidence, perform an illegal house search and falsely imprison someone based on the word of one person when a quick check of the CCTV would have proved that said person was a liar

Useless-bought and sold lawyers to protect the police!
They say they deal with police action, and claim many of their clients won their cases with them, but it's a farce!

This so-called bunch of lawers have a blog, with many cases they claim they won compansations for their clients, we have a similar case and they know its a damning case against the police, and that it's a winnable case too, but they used the excuse of covid-19 not to take on our case; however we found out that they are still taking cases.

Don't trust nor work with these people-they secretly work for the police to make sure they block cases.

May I also add that their are racist, and discriminate against you if you need legal aid, which they claim they can apply for.

Avoid this group for good!
