My first choice and favourite equine shop
I am a very fussy customer and can honestly say this business is absolutely brilliant. Their website is easy to use, the delivery to the UK is timely (in fact I have had local deliveries take longer than Kramer from abroad). Their prices are fair and quality is outstanding. They also have everything you could possibly need. Whenever I want something unique I search their site and they normally stock it.
Covid caused some delays and their website has given the odd person some grief, but don’t feel this warranted bad reviews, that’s a pandemic and IT, it happened to every business! I very seldom review businesses but felt the need to write this today. They are always my go to shop and I really wish they were based in the UK or had a physical store to visit. Don’t let that put you off the postage is minimal and it’s only a few days wait. There have been times I’ve received my items the same week as ordering which logistically seems impossible. And if you’d prefer to be more ‘green’ and environmentally conscious then only purchase large orders to make it worthwhile or I challenge you to find a UK business as efficient and good!
Untrained Customer Service Staff
I have been trying to order from their web site without success. Every credit card I use comes back with 'card declined'. nothing wrong with my cards. Obviously a bug on their web site. Customer service are not interested and not able to take an order over the phone. Another poor review to add to the other 45%!

During lockdown their deliveries were very long but I’ve ordered from them a few times and recently deliveries are super quick!
The products themselves are always amazing quality and not silly expensive either! Love their product range and colours etc…

Multiple positive experiences and nice quality items
I've made multiple orders with Kramer over the last couple of years and customer service has been good, including when I was bought an incorrectly sized item as a gift and staff at Kramer helped me get a voucher refund that I could use to buy the correct size. I've had no issues with delivery, although that said I deliberately didn't buy anything over the period when shipping from the EU was a mess because of Brexit. Delivery isn't quick but regular email updates have always given an accurate delivery time. The quality of the items I've bought has been good and they're my go-to now for nice quality horsey stuff.

Ordered a top for my daughter but didn’t notice the company was in Germany.
Unfortunately due to certain folk in the uk voting to make trading between countries a nightmare the item too a while to get here. Not the fault of Kramer at all and because import duties are included in their price it wasn’t a shock to have to pay more once the item arrived, thanks Kramer👍

Ordered mid august to receive the delivery mid-September. Apparently due to Brexit it was out of their control. That was an excuse. With UPS they are choosing the cheapest and most unreliable importer of goods into the UK and if they don't monitor UPS's sporadic communications they will not be able to deliver in time. I know this, because I chased UPS myself in the end to finally get my parcel. Kramer now ships directly from Germany. Not worth the hassle. Box was not packaged correctly either, thankfully I did not buy garlic treats as my new jods now smell of treats.
Complete lottery. Truly dreadful Customer Experience
Archaic stock control means that you only find out if you're receiving what you actually ordered when you open the delivery box - as an additional surprise, if you order a garlic mineral block it will be packed, unwrapped, along with clothes. Delivery takes a long time, is via UPS from Germany, who would seem to have no qualms in entering secured property and no delivery notifications. Interestingly, the big branded product I ordered was"out of stock" and Kramer apparently have no way of knowing what they have in stock or not once you've ordered. The products I did receive were over priced for poor quality. BUT this company has the most awful customer service experience I think I have ever encountered. Utterly ridiculous. Beware having anything to do with these people. Absolute waste of money.

Once arrived had to return 1 item took 1 week from when they received the item so confirm refund , but almost a week later no refund received, emailed no even bothered to reply after 2 full working days. AVOID I have all emails to confirm this

SO I saw about kramers star rating and thought oh great i knew there would be a catch (because the site had awesome stuff that's reasonably priced and it's an equestrian site?! Affordable and horse don't go in the same sentence. ANYHOO, I thought oh to hell with it I'll order it can't be that bad.
I AM SO GLAD I DID OH MY GOD I LOVE MY COAT ❤️❤️ I got the felix buhler Quilted Emma jacket in a size S (I'm an 8 so I thought it'd either be too big or a bit too tight) and you know what? It fits me like a DREAM if I do say so myself. I ordered on the 9th and was kept updated with the whole shipping journey up until it arrived today on the 21st, some people didn't like that the delivery takes a while but its not even that long and it's totally worth the wait. Love the quality. Love the coat.
I'll be buying from here from now on - I know this sounds like I am affiliated with the brand which I'm not but I am so so impressed!

Ordered item was never delivered and shipping agent apparently returned to sender. Called they apologised said shipping delays due to brexit....I have got items from other euro countries after brexit no delays. 3 wks later still waiting for refund.

Very pleased with all items recieved regards sizing etc my only disappointment was the fact they packed a large garlic horse lick in the box amongst all the clothing I'd ordered and now they absolutely stink! I've had to wash them twice to try & get the smell out. Abit of care from the packer was required and perhapes put the lick in a sealed flyer bag before putting in box with other items? 🤔
Goods still not arrived 5 weeks after ordering..
Placed an order almost 5 weeks ago now and still have not received it. Awful customer service, I have e-mailed multiple times and they just keep saying the package has been re-sent, when I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded they just ignored me.
Took 2 weeks for the company to even despatch the order
I ordered from this company and it took 2 weeks for them to despatch the order! it said 4 working days on the site. I asked them to cancel the order before they had even posted it and they refused. Their customer service is very poor, several emails sent and replies took days and were brief and never answered the questions. I intended to buy more from them at a later date but after this i won't be using them again. Still not received my order to review the actual products.

I have brought many items from Kramer, they have beautiful stock from great brands, I have always been impressed with the quality. Every year I buy a new winter coat from here (not because I need a new one every year, they are always perfectly fine after winter, I just like to update my coats yearly) and have always found them fabulous. Sizing is spot on and descriptions of items are accurate. I would recommend to anyone.
Excellent customer service
I was looking for a pair of black jodhpurs boots. A friend of mine recommended Kramer. I looked on line and ordered two pairs. They arrived, I tried them on but decided that the styles were not right for me. I returned them and within days was refunded the cost of the boots and postage. The ones I then chose were not available in my size. I called and was helped right away. The following week the boots I wanted were back in stock. I have ordered another pair and look forward to wearing them. In the future I would not hesitate to buy from Kramer. Very pleased.

I didn’t receive an item at all and was not told, and one was not fit for purpose. When I tried to return it they wouldn’t reimburse the postage. Really poor service, totally unhelpful and evasive.
