I would not recommend the raised pole blocks for young horses in rehabilitation. I found them to be unsafe for horses that need careful, controlled exercise during recovery. Unfortunately, communication from the company afterwards was also poor, making it difficult to resolve concerns.

They're losing a £400 order because they can't be bothered delivering to highlands addresses. Weird. I feel I dodged a bullet here going by the other reviews. Also their contact us section leads to multiple dead ends so basically customer service ZERO. I'll spend my money somewhere else.

I have placed numerous orders with Kramer. Overall the products they sell are great. You pay for what you get rings true. The Felix Buhler products are very competitive with price. The sizing is accurate, the range and colours are unlimited. Now and then I have had a product with a slightly dodgy zip but if you are paying around £30.00 for a fitted stretch jacket then I have accpeted it. It would be hard to find similar products at the prices offered on this website in the UK and get anywhere near the quality. Delivery can be a bit slow but as I have ordered numerous times - I know what to expect.
I have never ordered anything for my horse from Kramer so cannot comment on this but for me - the clothing range is still my first go to site.
Kramer Equestrian not capable of delivering without problems
I have made three purchases from Kramer Equestrian over the last year, two of which have had delivery problems. The first ended in the wrong part of the country (according to the tracking information). I contacted the Customer Service who said they would investigate and get back to me, but didn't. Then it turned up out of the blue two days later. The third purchase I made failed to turn up as well and the tracking stated they had "attempted to deliver" but they hadn't been anywhere near my front door as I was waiting for them during the estimated time of delivery. I called the Customer Service who told me 'there was no recourse'. Eventually it turned up at a UPS Access point. I went to pick it up but they wouldn't give it to me as the UPS website wouldn't work. Had to wait an anxious 30 minutes staring at a blank screen and looking at my package behind the counter. I will not be ordering from them again. The UPS tracking software just sent me round in circles. UPS is useless same as the Kramer Customer Service. Don't need that sort of stress. Ruined my day. Pity, because I found the quality of the items I ordered ok.

I’m still waiting on a refund weeks after returning riding boots (return sent on 30th December). I was informed they received the return but there was a technical problem causing an accounts delay. We’re now almost a week since this email and still no refund and now no correspondence from them either / my emails are not being replied to. Awful service and really concerned about not receiving my refund at all now. I certainly won’t be buying from this company again.
Awful quality
Awful quality. My breeches frayed and pilled very badly from just a couple hours of wear, and just from sitting on the couch. When contacted they refused to refund me and said they know they pill and have a specific policy not to refund. Expensive breeches that are just cheap quality rubbish. They look so worn and old like I’ve had them for years instead of days. Gutted because I saved up to treat myself to some nice breeches for winter.
Northern Ireland dont waste your time
Great site but if you live in Northern Ireland they won't accept any orders from you. Even if you have an English delivery address but a invoice address in Northern Ireland - they still won't deliver.

Pas très commerçant ! Les retours sont compliqués. Déjà c'est à vos frais ensuite sachez qu'aucune négociation n'est possible. J'avais acheté des chaussures western en cuir (21/10/24) et elles étaient trop grandes. Dans un sursaut d'optimisme j'ai eu le malheur de mettre un peu de lait pour cuir incolore dessus. J'ai hésité à renvoyer l'article comme cela car on ne voyait vraiment rien mais j'ai quand même contacter le SAV pour leurs expliquer la situation, photos a l'appui. Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir. J'avais encore des achats à faire et j'étais contente d'avoir trouvé ce site, mais je ne commanderai plus sur ce site.
Don't bother ordering from them
Don't bother ordering from them. I wanted a rug that kept going out of stock. I emailed to ask about stock and was assured they had some in and I could order. So I ordered the rug and a brush and waited a week for it to arrive. Because UPS is terrible, it was delayed and there was no way for me to put in a safe place to leave. So I've been waiting around at home for this parcel, it finally arrived, I opened the box and there is just a brush in it. On the invoice it says 'unfortunately not in stock' for the rug. No apology. Did not contact me to inform me and apologise. I checked my bank and they have refunded. So now I don't have the rug that I was expecting to have for the heavy rain in freezing temperatures this weekend. And I have a very expensive brush that I wouldn't have bought on it's own because they still charged me delivery!!

I purchased some men’s riding breeches. Excellent quality at a reasonable price. Delivery was excellent, (within 6 days (including a weekend)) and communication was very good. I highly recommend Kramer and will definitely be shopping with them again
I ordered a fleece which I was told…
I ordered a fleece which I was told would be delivered in 4 days. Then delivery was changed to Monday 7th Oct, by UPS, over 7 days from time of order. Package was noted as being out for delivery from Southanpmpton at 9.30am on that Monday. At 7pm it still had not arrived, but was still noted as being 'out for delivery'.
However at 9pm at night UPS tracking suddenly stated delivery would be on Tuesday, the next day between 12pm and 2pm... I am livid.

Wasn’t sure whether to order anything from here to the UK, looking at these reviews on trust pilot. So glad I did, delivered within a week, all great products received, including a beautiful head collar for my new horse! Emailed when it was shipped and then was quick to delivery. Would not hesitate to shop here again.

Bridle broke after a few weeks and…
Bridle broke after a few weeks and company are now refusing to send me a postage label to send the bridle back. I’ve told them I can’t send it back without a replacement as I don’t have another bridle to use in the meantime. I have sent photos of the defect, which clearly warrants an instant replacement. They’re now claiming they cannot generate a postage label for me - this could not be easier - just Google Evri.com and buy a postage label for £2.49 and email it to me. I would never buy anything from Kramer again and urge everyone else to shop elsewhere.
glove sizing and issues over replacing…
ordered riding gloves for a christmas present along with other items. they arrived and are tiny so i queried with customer service. was told id ordered the childs size but when i looked at how i ordered them its really not clear that that i did that. the sizes are described as 1 or 2 right under the colour so it looks like its perhaps the quantity. i feel it should say adult or child to make it very clear. when youre ordering a lot as i was its very easy to make a mistake on this. i am now left with a pair of useless gloves which are too expensive to send back and i also cant order a new pair as they have a min order of way over the £3 which was the cost of the gloves. they would not send out a replacement pair which i was happy to pay for but i obviously wasnt prepared to pay for postage and in any case i couldnt due to the min order aspect. i feel a bit cheated and will think twice about ordering from them again, their sizing needs noted more clearly as too easy too get wrong as numbering not words such as "adult" used . very unhappy customer
