Kover-it  Omdömen

Great service from start to finish. I dealt with Juliet who I emailed and also spoke to on the telephone. She advised me how best to take measurements for my new garden furniture to make bespoke covers. I had previously used Kover-it many years ago and they are still going strong if a little worn. Juliet is friendly, efficient and accommodating as our delivery was complicated the covers were for our static caravan. Delivery was by courier, efficient and quick .Ordered and paid on 27th March, delivered just a few days later. The bespoke product competitively priced,is very well-made and hard wearing…. and looks great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kover-it.

I have had 2 covers from Kover-it in the past, one for a bbq and one for a chiminea. Both have lasted years. For my old garden table I bought a “premium” cover but it lasted only a couple of years. So for my new one I went back to Kover-it, knowing I needed a bespoke size. Juliet was really helpful, making sure the measurements were correct. It arrived in less than a week and is perfect.

With our first contact with Kover-it, Juliet dealt with our enquiry in a very polite and professional manner, and continued to assist us with the measurements and final ordering. We are absolutely delighted with our sofa cover, and would definitely recommend Kover-it to all our family and friends.

I just wanted to say how happy we were with the covers. It's a huge improvement and they fit perfectly.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend kover-it or order products from you in the future.

We approached Kover-it for a cover for our Arbour seat but it wasn't a standard cover and the price was more than we could justify. However, after being contacted by Kover-it again they offered a cover that would fit from their standard offerings and we have to say we fully appreciate why they cost what they do, the cover just oozes longevity and fitted a treat. We'd also like to thank them for the prompt and positive responses to my initial enquiry and the follow up service, we really can't fault it.

The second time I’ve used this company.. cannot praise them enough for the quality of the product and the service provided along with the excellent prices… A first class experience..

I’ve bought 3 covers from KoverIt over the past few years. The facts speak for themselves.. great quality and replaces the short lived products from China. A false economy to buy elsewhere

Great quality covers for outdoor seating. Totally waterproof all year round and fits perfectly. I had another cover made this year for a different outdoor sofa I bought as the one last year was so good. Juliet was really helpful and professional, and always quick to reply. They aren't cheap, but they are worth every penny as such high quality.

We’ve just purchased another 3 covers from Kover-it. One for the UK which replaces the one we bought 15 years ago and is just starting to go on the edges! And 2 more for our house in Spain. The one we already have in Spain has spent 10 years baking under the sun and is still in perfect condition. These covers are fantastic & great value. The ladies at Kover-it are always extremely helpful.

We ordered a cover for our garden table and the fit is absolutely perfect. The quality of this product is first-class and we would have no hesitation in ordering from Kover-it again. Their bespoke service is excellent and customer service very good.

Kover-it is the place you should go if you want your outdoor garden patio area protected from the elements. My outdoor canopy needed some pvc covers that I could roll up when needed. I engaged them for design and making the curtains. They were very meticulous in their design process with multiple validation followed by manufacture and delivery. the workmanship is excellent. I cannot recommend Kover-it enough.

Following a straightforward quotation process, we ordered a set of tailored covers for our garden furniture. We received the covers promptly and are really pleased with the fit and quality. Thank you for making the whole process so simple and efficient.

Ordered 4 custom fit covers for items of garden furniture. Did have to wait for a while for them to reach our order, and there was a lot of to-ing and fro-ing over measurements. But in the end got 4 great covers that fit very well.

Excellent service. Sturdy covers, absolutely the right fit. They could not have been more helpful.

All round excellent service and communication. Really pleased with the cover for our machinery, which is a perfect fit.

We wanted quite a few covers for our garden furniture- firepit, sunloungers and garden seating etc. After a few email exchanges about measurements Kover-It have done a fantastic job - they are of a very high quality and are a great fit. Throughout the process their customer service has been excellent - Juliet has been a joy to deal with. I would definitely use them again and have also recommended them to family and friends.

Excellent product (cover for a 6 burner BBQ), very good communication throughout the process, especially in the measurements, resulting in a perfectly fitted high quality bespoke cover at a very reasonable price!

Very high quality and robust made to measure garden furniture covers.
Good communication made the ordering process very straight forward.
Kover-it staff obviously take pride in producing a tip top product.

Just purchased side curtains for my gazebo. Process from start to finish was so easy due to the great customer service. End product was great quality 👍

I needed a cover to be made to my exact specification for my Ratalan Furniture and Kover-it produced an excellent quality product, which I am extremely pleased with. The Company communication is first class, answering all my queries swiftly. Highly recommended.
