Devils work at play! If you want to lose money, send them your money. CON ARTISTS. SCAMS. FRAUDS. Question is, why is Facebook so USELESS that they still have the KnotWood page up after so many have reported it. FACEBOOK is the gateway for all Scams. Well done Facebook. Awesome job.

I ordered a product 3.5 months ago. It still has not arrived. Their customer service just keeps says the same thing over email - please wait. I would not trust them again.

Scam - avoid this store at all costs. They spoof their location as the US (actually China). Product still hasn't arrived after 6 weeks - supposedly in the country but tracking number is likely fake.

I cannot believe that, in 2022, it is possible for a package to take more than two months to be transported to any nation on the globe. It still hasn’t arrived.
I ordered the same vacuum that everyone seems to have been scammed by their awesome looking advert. The same advert seems to have been replicated in various branded products. The customer support that responds to their emails is so casual about this telling me on so many occasions that “this is not a scam” despite my not asking. ‘Dodgy!!’
I’m more disappointed that I didn’t notice that it is a scam than the money that I believe I’ve lost. Let’s spread the word on this. Knot-wood is undoubtedly the single worst online shopping experience of my life. They will not even entertain a refund, Scammers!!!!! LETS SPREAD THE WORD

Ordered vaccum after seeing impressive video footage. It's like a kids toy hair dryer, deceptive marketing, do not buy from them. They have refused a refund.

just scammers. send you a fake item. they don't even want it back and offer you $10. send it back to china $39.90 cost for the $35 item.scammers

Please do not waste your time on here. I bought a pair of dnd dice on here for a friend, I emailed them a few weeks after and the only response I've gotten was that its shipped out, but I have yet to get any shipping email or even a shipping confirmation email. Also tried charging me twice the amount of tax.

Less than 1 star. I ordered two (2) handheld portable vacums on December 15, 2022. It cost me $58. The tracking shipping @ 24hservice.vip said it arrived in the PH last January 12, 2023 and that was the last update. I still have not received the item and I have not received any reply from them. I feel being scammed.

Purchased a product from Knot-wood site for my son's birthday. Their tracking said it was shipped. It has now been two months and the Purchased package has never arrived. Tracking info says it was returned to seller. They will not refund my money after being asked 2x. This is clearly a scam.

I placed an order and paid on the 28th November 2022 today is the 2nd February 2023 i am still waiting for my order to arrive. I have sent several e mails to the shipping agent and knots wood support with np response whatsoever.

If i could give less I would, ordered a product tooke over 5 weeks to get to.me and when it did it was less than useless, not as advertised. Have asked for.refund but unsurprisingly no answer. Could kick myself for falling for this.

If there was a star less than 1 I would give that!!!! Lyers and scammers!! Parcel ordered and ‘send’ over a month ago and now all of a sudden it has been send a week ago??? They do not give a proper answer as to where my parcel is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered a very strong hand vacuum that was supposed to be even vacuuming the water up from wide pipes, and also have a blow function. Instead they sent me a toy-ish vacuum that can not even vacuum dust. And doesn’t have a blow function.

I said I want refund. They put me in a position like the problem was I just didn’t like the product. The product box has got a US address on the label. And they wanted me ship it to China. Shipping a fraud item back with an international post cost? I told them it was their bad intenon, sent the product photos that was shipped to me and their website listing. They only kept saying “post to this address and we will evaluate.”

I asked for a shipping label for return. They didn’t. They’re always like ship it and we’ll evaluate. They don’t even take you seriously. They just shut you up at the sufficient timeframe they wrote on their return policy. So you run out of claiming time.

My overall experience was frauded and conned. Period.

I ordered a dragon egg on 25 November 2022 it arrived in Romania 1 January 2023 and was stuck. I contacted the company to be told my address was wrong I confirmed the address on the order receipt was correct, they asked me to wait a few days for them to contact the courier. When I chased them they said I needed to contact my local post office as there was a problem with the package. The tracking number given is for a Chinese Wanexpress courier what does this have to do with the post office and it is written in Chinese.
BE AWARE KNOCK WOOD IS A FAKE AMERICAN FRONT FOR A CHINESE COMPANY DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Under British law a buyer has 14 days cooling off period
After ordering an item within one hour I changed my mind and was told it had already been dispatched but they would sort it out when it arrived but they refused to honour my request thus breaking the law

I would not recommend this site to anyone, I ordered two pairs of thermal denim jeggings from them. The items took nearly two months to arrive which was too late to take them on holiday for the purpose I was buying them and when they arrived they were not as described, they were not thermal and they were not denim plus they were far too small.
I contacted the company and although they apologised they would not offer a refund suggesting that I gave them to a family member or friend.
I returned the items to the address quoted on the parcel and they advised me that this was not their address and that they would not refund me. This company is mis-selling

Do not trust these scam artists. They took $54 of my card instead of $45 and this has been logged with my bank as fraud.

Not at all as advertised, bought a portable vacum cleaner, it doesn't really has power. They offered me to give me 4dlls back. I payed 30+ shipping and tax

They said they will reffund me 10 dlls.
